It's eating a lot of memory , have this exact issue. try increasing the pagefile to 32384 it might just work. just until ED fixes it. give it a try

Same here , exact problem. I set the page file to 32384, at least no crashing ehehe but ya i couldn't connect to a MP server.

Mig 21 is mostly going to be phased out by 2020 iirc and in it's place would be the Tejas MKII LCA. Think the Rafale might be placed there too. I don't know about the Jag and the 27.

The only paid map i own is the Nevada one. So really don't know if it's part of the Normandy map.

It's been almost a year since i have used DCS i think. Mig21 was the most flown module by me. About the landing , my approach speed was in the envelope of 380-400 Kmph with flaps to landing config maintaining the glideslope , on the threshold the speed reduced was to around 320 and i would kinda let it glide before touchdown at 320. I do remember i used to idle the throttle. Correct me if wrong. Been using DCS again since the last couple of days and don't remember much now of the 21. Was stuck on to the Bell 412 of X-plane.

Set a custom pagefile and the 1st time it did connect but immediate logout so it seems to be back to the two connection method after setting the pagefile.

I can start in SP but when i connect to MP after a few minutes of the loading screen DCS crashes and i get the DXdiag dialog appearing. so the dcs crash dump is there. This is since the last two updates , was working fine on 8gb. Guess time for 8Gb more.

Being CPU / RAM limited i can go SP with amazing performance in Nevada / Caucasus . MP it's now not even possible to connect. Think i should say bye bye to DCS until i can upgrade the CPU / RAM.

So MPU 6050 is working fine but i want to use the MH481 , but when i look at the center rotation of the stick there is hardly any room to fit the MH481, the rotation is very small. I was thinking using a matchstick and put aeraldite and leave it overnight

Hi Samo, Since 2.5.1 for me it's better, AO seems to be running well for me. What i felt when your server resets on it's scheduled time it does it multiple times in a few minutes. Did notice freezing of the other users and then it comes back to normal.

I have shadows to off and MSAA is disabled too. will reduce all for now and check Will give it a try again. Thanks

Hi, Since the latest update i have noticed that the MP connection is very fast on the 1st try (AO server) but then it goes and stays on the spectator menu and i need to quit DCS. Now i don't have a powerful system , it's like a 9 year old one with 8GB (but some issue with 2x2 GB module and i had to make it 5GB with two 512x 2 DDR2 modules). AMD X4 810 5GB DDR2 800Mhz (it was 8GB) AMD RX 550 2gb DDR5 NOW LET ME FIRST SAY THAT I AM NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE AS I VERY KNOW THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS BUT CURRENTLY THE BUDGET IS TIGHT. Before 2.5.1 i had decent performance with medium settings and was quite happy, but since yesterdays update DCS loads up much faster and even connects to the MP server much quicker and in the 1st try if the player list is around 15-20. But now i am seeing that once i connect it stays on the Spectator menu and will not respond. Attached is the log file. If it's due to the memory and the CPU then i am looking at the AMD Ryzen in the next few months. I am sure the RX 550 will suffice with decent settings for now. Rgds. dcs.zip
