I would say with the WWII aircraft rudder pedals are essential for ACM.

Anybody else notice a drop in clarity following the recent hotfix? I certainly have. Installed a 1070ti two days before hotfix and turned up the details and was pleased with the results then following the hotfix shimmer is back and visuals not good.

I have noticed a drop in performance since the last update. Installed a 1070ti just before the last update and I was satisfied but now I am seeing lower frame rates. I fly in VR.

Ball MOD Yes in VR, but I would suggest it would be helpful to those not flying in the rift as well.

I would love to see some kind of a "Ball Overlay" in the corner of the screen that could guide the pilot on a carrier landing. I don't enjoy zooming in on the ball while landing. If I had the skills I would make it. :)

Wait for real time benchmarking. By the third week of September there will be plenty of data available.

Does anyone have a "packed" OvGME version of this? Does it install using OvGME in its current form?

Sorry folks I'm a dummy! No issue only me getting confused. I got it sorted. I hadn't installed a Mod correctly in order to join the server. Sorry for the trouble.

As of last evening I am unable to join the 1st VFW server, (my squadron server). It was grayed out and running the OpenBeta. Is there anyway that my install could have auto installed to the stable version or is stable update a manual install? Any other reasons why a server would be grayed out?

Interesting, I rebooted and when I launched the game it updated as advertised. Strange.

Unable to update. Ran the DCS_updater.exe. Don't get an error message either. Just starts the sim. Can't get off of 2.5.2.18144. Not running mods.

I use it as the ICP in F-16 in BMS as well as the Harrier and will do the same in the F-18 in DCS. If found the tactile feel of pushing buttons is quicker and more immersive. I use it in conjunction with the Cougar MFD's.

It loads slowly for me as well getting into a MP server. I am running 16gb. I also ran task manager during flight on a MP server and I am using 15GB of 16GB in game. Of line 14GB of 16GB. Nothing new but thought I would post.

This could be just my system but this happens as the multiplayer screen loads or game loads going into a mission. Once I get in pit I turn Reshade back on and it works.
