"The German and Austrian postwar criminal code makes the public showing of the Hakenkreuz (the swastika), the sig rune, the Celtic cross (specifically the variations used by white power activists), the wolfsangel, the odal rune and the Totenkopf skull illegal, except for scholarly reasons (and, in the case of the odal rune, as the insignia of the rank of sergeant major, Hauptfeldwebel,[152] in the modern German Bundeswehr). It is also censored from the reprints of 1930s railway timetables published by the Reichsbahn. The eagle remains[where?], but appears to hold a solid black circle between its talons. The swastikas on Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain temples are exempt, as religious symbols cannot be banned in Germany. The German fashion company Esprit Holdings was investigated for using traditional British-made folded leather buttons after complaints that they resembled swastikas. In response, Esprit Holdings destroyed two hundred thousand catalogues.[153][154] A controversy was stirred by the decision of several police departments to begin inquiries against anti-fascists.[155] In late 2005 police raided the offices of the punk rock label and mail order store "Nix Gut Records" and confiscated merchandise depicting crossed-out swastikas and fists smashing swastikas. In 2006 the Stade police department started an inquiry against anti-fascist youths using a placard depicting a person dumping a swastika into a trashcan. The placard was displayed in opposition to the campaign of right-wing nationalist parties for local elections.[156] On Friday, 17 March 2006, a member of the Bundestag, Claudia Roth reported herself to the German police for displaying a crossed-out swastika in multiple demonstrations against Neo-Nazis, and subsequently got the Bundestag to suspend her immunity from prosecution. She intended to show the absurdity of charging anti-fascists with using fascist symbols: "We don't need prosecution of non-violent young people engaging against right-wing extremism." On 15 March 2007, the Federal Court of Justice of Germany (Bundesgerichtshof) held that the crossed-out symbols were "clearly directed against a revival of national-socialist endeavors", thereby settling the dispute for the future.[157][158][159] Legislation in other European countries ..." https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swastika

I'd love to see the option in the radio menu to tell my wingman to get to the tanker. unfortunately my wingman has to eject very often during my flights in nttr because he doesn't ever go to any tanker nor does he find his way back to creech afb. can you please add this option or at least make wingmen able to return to base @bingo?!

agree with that. it's the same as with the huey. the perception of depth makes take-offs and landings A LOT easier!!! in my opinion VR is a huge leap forward in flight simulations! anyway, to master ww2 planes it needs some practice, even in VR.

is there a way to change the F3-view via some *.lua changes? i'd rather have my aircrafts doing fly-overs instead of fly-unders. is there a way to place the camera position under the passing aircraft? would be very cool if someone could help me with this little issue. thanks

I believe this is W.I.P. Maybe it will be an option in mission editor like with the L-39

Thanks a lot, JAR! I'm really looking forward to this beautiful skin you're putting so much time and work in.Very much appreciated! VFA-113 “Stingers“ squadron insignia was/is the very coolest amongst all navy hornet squadrons imo.

oh yeah! that's the very best news for today!:D thanks for the info!

This Stingers-livery is my favourite one and I would love to fly the super bee in my virtual skies... ...problem is, I'm not that good in repainting aircraft and I just can not do this paintjob properly. But I'm sure there are some very very experienced skinners out there who wouldn't have too much of trouble making this skin. Any chance some talented painters give it a try? PLEEEAAASE!

maybe WIP!? :music_whistling:

Maybe a radar-lock to scare the tanker-pilot a little. :D

fixed UN Pilot Campaign - Mission #6 "Patrols"
JumpinK replied to Trainzak's topic in UN Pilot Included Campaign
I edited the mission in ME. AI is flying at 250ft instead of 160ft AGL now. I don't know if I'm allowed to post the corrected mission here, but if you're familiar with ME you shouldn't have much problems changing it by yourself. -

+1 checkbox option for fingerlift bypass function would be great!
-
do you "fly the plane into the ground"? because that's how F-18s are being landed correctly. (by the numbers of course, otherwise you gonna crash) no flaring before touchdown nor aerodynamic braking after landing. i think you're doin' it quite right!;)

:cheer3nc:finally donwloading!' thank you so much ED!!!
