  3. What we are missing is one general thread about DCS-Bios and Instruments. Some of guys here have already build instruments using DCS-BIOS and stepper motors or servos, but it is hard to collect information’s because there are usually in different builds-threads. Can someone write short guide ,,How to“ where will be described used hardware, code examples and so on... It will be for sure help to DCS community...
  4. Hi thx. Yes pedals are 3D printed on SLS printer. Stiffness of this material is amazing...

  6. Men for some unknow reason this build had flown under my radar. Really great work men:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:. In my pit, I am currently ending my stage one (all inputs workable) and preparing myself for instruments creation. I have some basic knowledge but zero experience with instruments creation. So any advice for newbie:lol:???
  7. Great work:thumbup:...Keep going
  8. … again after longer time. I was testing and flying a lot, so now few things are clear for me. Damping of grip and pedals is too soft, in grip I must change springs and on pedals improve the connection to rotary dampers. I was also not satisfied with RLM 76 paint so I have started repainting with MR.PAINT (I am using them on aircraft kits) using late war RLM 76. In my opinion it is looking much better. Also some another input devices are ready to install. Magneto switch, Fug 25 switch (this is just dummy)…..
  9. Thank you Krupi. So all soldering and wiring is done, I have also prepared connections for parts what are not already mounted. I still don’t have the pedals, but rudder mechanism is mounted and working like charm. Some small adjustment in axis force is needed, but it is already flyable:pilotfly:.For start I am using older TV. Still lot of work need to be done
  10. I am trying to get work battery switch on FW 190D, but without succes (not releasing the button), same code based on tutorial is working on MW 50 switch without problems. Can someone please help me.
  11. Thanks to all of you guys... Gear – Flaps button box ready to mount. This is original part for comparing....
  12. Thanks a lot man:worthy:... Starter is ready for assembling. Some airbrush work in progress.:music_whistling:
  13. Still waiting for pedals, in between I have assembled buttons and other stuff to right console... Also starter mechanism is prepared for painting and buttons assembly. Lot of soldering is coming:helpsmilie:…
  14. I am working like hell  on rudder pedals mechanism. Current status - whole mechanism is assembled and I am just waiting on rudder pedals, then I will mount electronic… To NeilWillis: 10 years and more :music_whistling:
  15. Another WW2 bird, perfect. Good luck man:pilotfly:...Haven’t you build Fw190d cockpit in the past???
  16. Consoles are in final positions, seat assembled... Ohh yes I have been sitting inside for while :pilotfly:
  17. Some detail of hall sensors assembly for Elmo. To CoderX71: Thx. I dont have my own CNC, most part are laser cut by my friend...
  18. Hall on all axis, it is soldered to pcb what you can see on last pictures. Also you can see magnet with arrow on the end of shaft. hansangb: thank you...
  19. Small progress, plug for throttle is attached. I am using those yellow cables for better vintage look:pilotfly:.
  20. Hi Elmo, all electronic will be installed In front of the pit (in place of MG131s). It will be better for easy access.
  21. I have installed electronic for basic axis . Lever is ready to install to pit, I have added FESTO dampers for end position set up and better behaviour in end positioning. Installing electronic to throttle grip was challenge, but now is done and EZ42 wingspan adjusting is working like charm:thumbup:. To throttle I have added two micro switches for position switch neutral-start.
  22. Elmo do you have any photos of this cards????
