How do you go from a10c to dcs or vice-versa?

This is unrelated to the mig, but its the most recent thread on it. So what happens when a Mig-21 scans a plane with ECM/jammer on? Does the radar becomes unusable, is the burn through just very fa away, are you stock to shoot only IR as it doesnt have HOJ?

This is what a mp server does when you try a module you don't have. Wether your modules are uninstalled, unactivated, or you don't have modules (i doubt it as youre here since 2013).

How would your labels take in account different terrains? Im completeky against such a thing (I have 1 1080p monitor that has nothing special and a HD7770 GPU so im not in harware god). Labels would have to be paint sheme specific, and even be camo to be somewhat realistic. Otherwise, the mountain ambush all the Mig21 pilots are preparing will be impossible : a black label would OP in the snow mountains were a grey plane wouldnt be seen, Blue labels for su27s would be ridiculous anywhere. A black dot in the sea would be unobservable as where A F15 or a tomcat could be easily spotted. To me, Loosing time on implementing labels would be stupid and getting away from reallity. Maybe a decreased AA level on were planes are could be OK, but I'd just end up like what people are talking about on the oculous rift thread and some games that were «de-detailled» to make it nice for the rift. (I read that again and I see that i have unconsiouly respected school text form, thats some great brain washing lol)

The tools you sent me are great, i have been able to calibrate my joystick almost perfectly with it (litle zone were the spring isnt perfectly centering, but i could probably calibrate it again for better result and it is far from affecting game play as 300 on 60 000 doesnt do much). But my problem is in game. Like if dcs was ghosting (you know, key boards that cant handle more than 3 keys at a time) on the mouse axes and there seems to be a delay, but THIS IS IN-GAME, when i look for that, there is no problem, wether im looking in ''game controllers'' or with target.

You could force higher AA or TSAA with your video card, but i doubt theres a way for resolution.

I din't see anything else that overclocking (thus buy a non-stock cpu cooler) but i don't know if its worth it on that cpu (though the motherboard supports oc)... anyway, there's a point were you have to stop upgrading, but only you can decide that. 8gb is pretty low, but it will do the job so i'd tell you to wait and see, if its choppy, take another stick.

1st of, your system is good, but probably wont run dcs at STABLE max settings. Bottle neck is the part that slow evrything else down. Example (this is just to illustrate and has no chances of happening in real life) : lets say you have a 1Gb/s internet connection, but that you have a normal hard drive, with 60Mb/s writing speed, Well your gigabite connection can't run at its full power, as the hard drive isnt fast enough to write all the data. For upgrades, its all about your motherboard, so sent it and i'll tell you what to look for. CPU isnt really upgradable, as you will have to change the motherboard as well, and when you are there you're better to change evrything. Overclocking it would be great, but I don't know how well 1st core generation suppoted OCing. RAM REALLY is what you'll want to upgrade, im on 8Gb and i find it not enough.

CPU has good enough chances to be a bottle neck, DCS only uses 1 core for evrything but sound... GPU will be enough until edge (probably after too but un-maxed) RAM will pretty surely be another bottle neck.

I find it funny as there was labels for a while on the 104th at the begenning of the month (though im sure someone just forgot to remove them).

I got a warthog few weeks ago, its great and all (especially coming from a 3d pro :lol: ) but the mouse on the joystick feels...weird... 1st of all, all the effects aren't the joystick fault as in task manager i can see that the mouse is allright. When playing in dcs, the mouse will sometimes «fail» to see a movement in both axes at the same time, wich ends up in me having to replace the mouse in the middle and making movements one axe at a time. THis isnt constant and is most of the time ok, and it doesnt happens in task manager (game controllers obviously). Secondly, there is a delay of nearly 1sec between when i move it and when it mouves in the game. these constatations happens mainly in F15 where the mouse is mapped to the radar slew (I lowered sensivity A LOT, but i doubt thats causing it). The 1 axe at a time also did happened to me in a10c when moving the tgp a lot. Hoping theres tricks to solve this, if not just confirm im not alone with this, because its pretty anoying for a 500$ joystick (were i live). Thanks :)

re-install your joystick driver or anything related to it first, 2cd, maybe wait longer before disconnecting it?? Honestly, that a WEIRD issue... if its not the joystick's fault, i'd suspect dcs, maybe reinstal/repair. If its not that maybe repair your os... I dont know man.

I'm not sure whatcauses the issue here, is it just disconnecting your joystick after playing a game?

Do you have externalk tanks? High, those really affect your AoA, even without thoses, just try flying at like 80k, the plane tends to fall high.

Get the F18 out and I won't care anymore XD. I'll shoot down F15s, SU27, A10s, Mig21 or whatever they make after.

No possibility for this year, wags just said not to expect EARING about it before this year.
