So iv'e been flying DCS since 2012 and i always questioned what this was and what its purpose is in the cockpit.

technically, the F-15's do work if you edit the LUA, but it won't be animated. I don't know about 1.5 but back in 1.2 it was possible

im waiting until people stop hording it, my friend tried to buy one, but it sold out in minutes EVERYWHERE

it really would be fun, really wanted to fly in a tight formation with the AI, it would make for some amazing screenshots too

i have no idea what you're talking about i can get air to air kills with the MAGIC II's no problem.

However using the mountains is a great way to lose them and regain energy + speed

Yep, i dont realize i get hit alot, and only notice it because my plane keeps rolling to one side

This is especially true, for me, as i fly the Mirage. OHHHH BOY DO THOSE EAGLES DROP LIKE FLIES, going up against a delta wing fighter, like the Mirage. Before they patched the turning on the Mirage i would out turn so many people, it was hilarious.

Don't know what your issue is, it might be hardware related, i don't have a single problem

Ohh okay so they did change the damage model, here i thought the Mirage was bugged and i wasn't getting shot out of the skies, and i would keep flying and at times get kills while one of my wings has holes in it or its leaking fuel while it has holes in it.
