  1. Perhaps the the rotor’s position (top or bottom) makes it more or less susceptible to retreating blade stall because of rotor wash effects. Then the stall induced roll would not be balanced out. Just a thought, as I have not been able to find any literature to support this notion.
  2. If you use VoiceAttack, It can default zoom your F10 view to whatever you like. Just a thought.
  3. My Man!
  4. If you ran DCS first and let it set up the Config folder for itself, then replaced the appropriate files with your own, it should work.
  5. Epic. Thank you.
  6. Almost daily amazement with the progression of this project.
  7. Yah, great mod. FYI, if you use VoiceAttack, you can use the ScratchPad hands free. See post #50 in this thread.
  8. I can't reposition the Radio Menu anymore. If anybody figures it out, please let me know.
  9. Right Windows key option?
  10. Yah thanks, but I can wait. Get VR nailed down first.
  11. Let us not forget my pivotal contribution to the cause. Post #208. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=218861&page=21 :smartass:
  12. THANK YOU !!!!!!
  13. Avantar, any update on allowing the Windows keys to be used as modifiers? Thanks
  14. Rename it and see for yourself.
  15. Hey Miles, I'm relatively early on the mailing list but I'm running 2D. Specifically, I sit 26" from a 65" 4k monitor. (Ebayed my Rift. VR just not there yet for me). If you think I could fudge any degree of functionality with PointCTRL in its current state, I would purchase one and experiment with it then happily purchase any "add on" down the line when/if you adapt PointCTRL for Track IR. Appreciate your thoughts on this and the strong work you've already put forth.
  16. The motors are wired in pairs. If both right seat motors are out it is most likely a broken wire. Not unreasonable for this to occur over time. I’ve experienced it a couple times over few years. Usually an easy fix. Check the wires near the seat flex point first. Lube your motors while your there. Labor of love.

  18. Your bindings are “saved’” in C:/Users/your name/Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input. Where they are “backed up” is up to you. If your bindings got lost or corrupted then the Saved Games files won’t help ya. If you have indeed “backed up” your bindings, copy/paste them into the appropriate Saved Games folder to restore them.
  19. VoiceAttack will allow you to use a Hotas button to position the cursor anyplace you program it to AND Left click to refocus if need be. Makes it easy to "find" the cursor as well. Just a thought.
  20. VoiceAttack solves that if you're using it.
  21. Glad to hear it. Appreciate the feedback.
  22. To restore snapview defaults, delete (make backup copy of) the SnapViews.lua file from the config\view folder. After deleting SnapViews.lua, make a copy of SnapViewsDefault.lua (also found in the same folder), and rename that copy SnapViews.lua. Please backup files first. Don't forget, you will lose any previously made snapviews.
  23. Yah, see Readme from the github link @ OP.
