Well this mod is just great ! But is it technically possible to interact with the mission with such commands, I mean activate groups or activate triggers? I know this is quite a little off-topic but I'm thinking about future "Servman v2"... :thumbup:

So if I have a fire engine, I just pray, and hope the system stops automatically the fire ? Because I already had one red light ON on the left engine, and the RPM monitor showed that the engine was broken, as I didn't know what to do I just continued to fly with the second engine and managed to land! Here's another question to you guys, I saw that the hydraulic system had a backup in case the main system was down, how can we switch to the backup system ? Once the hydraulics were down and I couldn't extend my landing gear, I had to land without it because the emergency system wasn't working to extend the gears also ! Thanks to you guys !

I received it about 20 days after the paiement, and my buddy who bought it just one day after me is still waitting to receive it (since 4th November !). We're both in France. I bought the Jewel DVD box, and my buddy bought the Basic DVD box, don't know if that makes any difference...

To me this is the main problem of the manual, it tells you the function of the buttons, but doesn't tell you when to use, and the consequences on the system.

The graphic card doesn't matter as the game will start anyway and display the main menu. Then, if the card is not good enough, the game will not run properly when he'll be inside the cockpit.

Here are the screenshots: 1/ adding first KA50 as "01" 2/ Second KA50: 3/Third one: 4/ The unit list: 5/ And then when in the MP menu to select the flyable aircraft we see that it's not sorted even by # or GroupName.....: 6/ And the mission file: http://namejdrott.free.fr/download/bs/screens/testMP.miz

I create a MP mission and add for example 3 Ka-50 as "client". Then I assign for each of them a group name, unit name, number for the unit so the first one I create is 01, second is 02, third is 03. But when I go in multiplayer mode and access to the list of flyable aircrafts, then the list is not sorted, even by name, flight number or order I added the unit in the editor ! The list doesn't match with anything logical ! I will post additionnal screenshots when I'll be back home and an example mission, but I think everyone who already made a MP mission saw this problem :music_whistling: My config is: 1. E6850 core2duo 3Ghz @3.2Ghz 2. Asus P5-K 3. 2 Gb pc6400 4. Asus 8800 640Mo 5. 1 DVDRW + 1 DVD 6. 20Mb bandwith 7. X52 + TIR 8. XPPro 32 bits SP2

To make the problem happen: 1/ start the game 2/ fly a mission (even just a mission or a "pre-flight", it doesn't matter) 3/ exit the mission 4/ open encyclopedia even from main menu or mission editor and the picture will not appear To make the pictures appear again: exit the game and restart it

I think you talk about the "search light" which is quite like the landing gear light of the airplaines in lock-on ? If this is the case, the button to switch it on or off is located behind the joystick in the bottom left corner of the pannel The three positions are : Up: extented and ON Middle : Extended and OFF Down : retracted and OFF cheers !

After some flies, and some special effects on the picts:

Don't know if this is the same on Vista, but you just need to make ALT+TAB and open the task manager Then you find the process and changes its affinity. No need to restart the game or the computer.

I also ordered at qpig.ru by the 3rd November and since last Thursday my order is "preparing shippment" I feel quite desperate, maybe I should send them some roller tape and paper to write my adress on it... :cry: Finally I think the DVD version is better than the download version as I won't get trouble when i'll be out of activations. (Good luck to the guys who will need more activations you'll have to deal again with those strange people writting Cyrillic letters, if we can consider it as letters ;) )

I think you're talking to the dev team, so (if I can answer for them) they are busy trying to fix the problems found by the Russians and work on about one thousand things per second to make sure the internationnal version will be out asap! Of course they try to answer important questions that help people to understand what will be the product or the DCS series and argue about each choice they make because people always complain about everything... if you look at all the thread on this forum, you can conclude by yourself that they're not crossing the fingers spending their time on the redtube... don't worry...
