Wait, if you already have the spi thru the TGP, and you reset another spi with a mav, it should not mess with the tgp unless you slave all to the spi with the mav. I am thinking correctly? Bullet

They will not even try, I believe they said would require to much dev time that needs to be put else where. In my humble opinion they should not either as FC2 does not compare to either bS or this beta. Bullet

Nate posted that was how it should be done in our current build.He also said it maybe a bug or is a bug. To be honest I do not do that, I slave it and hit tms fwd short and it tracks. Wait a second or two slew off then back on and I usually get a lock. I wish we had that thread to confirm. Bullet

It is a bug that is known. it should be slave all to spi, then redisgnate mav, tms up long and imediately tms fwd short and it should lock. I really am bothered it is gone, good info in that thread. Bullet

yea aft is the same as down, Forward same as up. they are aware of this and will be corrected. Bullet

I see that when I have screwed up the program for the mk-82 and such. or my fav is when I am doing gun runs and drop below min alt set in the programs for the free fall bombs. I have not seen the error while I am using LGB or jdam. Bullet

Bedouin, If you can grab a manual in your native language, do so and start reading it. It will clear up so much and it is necessary as the sim is quite in depth. Hell I am only half way thru it and I still have to go back and read, practice, read some more. You do have a chance, just be patient and always consult the manual, and if still stuck, come here and ask questions. Folks have lots of knowledge and are always helpful. Bullet

I do not know, DMS forward and aft short zooms in and out while tgp is soi. i do not know the short cuts but can look later, right now I ahve some targets that need to get blown up :). Good luck.. Bullet

It really depends on which mav I use if it has a chance to lock when I slew the mav to spi by tgp. I have never had the D lock not until I was under 5 k does it lock then I have to hit china hat fwd short and then keep the cross hairs of the target and hit tms aft short to ground stab. you will get it just keep at it. yea, I can understand, but once you have it mapped out it will make sense. It literally took about 6 full hours to get Mav's down. But now I can do it in my sleep, literally. Bullet

slew speed can be adjusted by the ufc and the osb button 7 or 8 on the mav page right mfd. I find 3 is about the best. Bulletg

yes they are, page 86 does have a chart listing all the hat switches and what they do. Bullet

I use the tgp to designate the target then line up my ccip cue to the diamond until I start my dive and release weapon at the min alt set. I have only used ccrp for gbu's and again I use the tgp to designate the target. I unfortunately have never used the hud to designate a target . Bullet

I beleive the hat is china hat aft short to get the tgp/mav in the center of a hud depending on what is the SOI. I am at work so no manaul in front of me or my joystick to confirm. Bullet

Yea know some folks like myself read a chapter then get in the bird to practice, read more do the same, In my small mind it helps me get the muscle memory down at the same time keep my add mind busy.I think it just comes down to how a person learns. I know there are some folks who do not read then come asking for folks to take their hand and walk them thru it. Frustrating yea it sure can be and it does make you want to say RTFM,lol. Bullet

@slayer lol actually I am very happy with the way MK-82's are working now. by coming in at a steeper angle they hit a good deal of the time :) @poormansniper it works with those too :) Bullet
