Thats just an ID added to the controller. Check in ./config/producer.cfg Change ForceFeedbackEnabled = true; to ForceFeedbackEnabled = false;

I forget where, but there is a file where you can turn force feedback off. Look in the config file, I am not sure if its obvious or not. Will check in an hour when I get home from work.

The only reason I can see to put an A2A missile on the KA50 is for attack against another chopper. But then you have an auto-tracking cannon, and vihkir. Against a jet there are 2 things, 1) even with a 73 or igla, you stand very little chance. You will probably not spot them in time to do anything or have a chance of getting a good angle to fire from. 2) If you are flying NOE, there is a very small chance that you will even be spotted.

Have you set processor affinity to only 1 core?

That wasnt initially stated, technically you didnt even say it failed during the game, just in Vista... but anyways. I would check in device manager for the USB root hubs I think, there should be a power management tab, and uncheck to allow computer to turn off device. Only other thing I can think of is that you might not be launching the TrackIR software with Admin priviledges, or its a bad install and the driver is screwing up.

These are the files in Bazar/Graphics with a .vs extension Lamp.vs land_old_noise.vs land_sky.vs landnoise.vs misttrees.vs melttreesM.vs misttrees.vs misttreesM.vs priboy.vs regular_after.vs testlandnoise.vs I am not sure what program Teka Teka used to edit misttreesM.vs and misttreesM.vs, but if we knew we could investigate the others. There are also .vs files in subdirectories. And looking at the files, you can open them with notepad++

OT - So been reading up and trying to find whatever info I can, I came across something. The R27-EM has an updated seeker to detect objects 3m off the ground. This is for the Su33 which makes sense as a fleet defense for anti-ship missiles that skim the surface. It would be interesting to see these missiles invulnerable to the 'fly below 20m' that trashes everything.

About time! Although the previous one worked to load a profile, but would crash shortly afterwards, good thing the profile still held. For my pedals at least.

Its hard to get screens for this. So I am set to planar shadows. When I get real close to another aircraft, like in formation, the shadows across them start flashing on and off. Anyone seen this? Not sure if its a 2900XT issue, or a Cat 7.6 issue.

The thing that blew me away the most, was price. I bought me X2 4400+ for close to $450. My C2D E6400 for $200. And the prices will be going even lower at the end of the month. Then to top it off, look at the prices of RAM, they are half of when I bought my C2D. Its crazy.

I can see a HDD failing, but not having a backup? That doesnt seem right to me. You would think they would have a RAID mirror too. I would say time to find a new ISP.
