I seemed to have it fixed, but thought I would just share this experience.
So I started having some lagging graphics in Americas Army. So I ran some Sandra benchmarks, and they were great. So not a CPU problem.
Ran 3DMark06, and I got about 3300. This is horrible. Finally found mention that maybe my PCI-E slot was running in x1 instead of x16. Ran CPU-Z, and sure enough, x1.
Now Lock On had no problems, but we all know why that is.
Ok so eventually I found, I had to OVERCLOCK my PCI-E bus to 105 from 100. Anything higher and my integrated NIC wouldnt work. AND I had to increase my NorthBridge and SouthBridge voltage.
What a PITA. Was amazing though that Lock On had no performance hit. I knew it was CPU dependant, but does it run software rendering or something :music_whistling:
Anyways, its good info to know if you ever run into this issue.
