Ok, it doesn't freez up, the same thing happened to me. Give it 10 minutes, if something still hasn't happened (ie, the "vista alow/decline thingie doesn't appear) then Ctrl-Alt-Delete it. Hope this helps. Please note that lock on does not run as well on vista as XP. It's noticeable.

Well, considering that you couldn't find anything and i've never heard of this being done before... i don't think it's possible, so....... sorry.

It probably doesn't have a great effect because the lo-pally model (box) replaces it at long ranges. Take it easy Mizzy. BTW, I really like your textures and stuff.

All the more reason to convert back to XP :). What I'm saying though is that hopefully Fraps will work better.

Well, i'll be trying FSX, which should work better. (better vista compatibility) It's going to have both in game and real life footage that I have. Should be ready by X-mas. maybe...:music_whistling:

Sorry guys, but i have to revive this thread. I got the registered version, but still, even with turning down the res to half, i still average about 9fps. This is ridiculous! There was one time where i could record at about 30Fps, but I can't anymore. What more, what i did record (at half speed) could not be imported into into WMM. (not getting vegas 'till x-mas) Any ideas? If it comes down to this, I may just re-install and see if that helps.

F/A-18. Like they said, we don't need another F-16 sim. I like head to head A2A battles online. (and I don't really like the F-16. I find it boring.) The F/A-18 can do almost anything it's asked to do frankly. Why not have this plane at our disposal?

well, headwind... full brakes, and chute should help. I'll bet you can do it w/o the headwind. You still need the entire length of the deck. Yes, track please!

Umm... have you tries windows movie maker? It's easy. drag an drop, cut the clips to length, etc.
