  1. Not mine :D
  2. Without the assets pack, you can use Normandy just like Caucuses and Nevada. The assets pack just gives you WWII units if you want to fly WWII missions.

    Mirage F1

That was back in August. You had me excited there was a new update.
  4. Dear God...SOMEONE at SOME POINT has to make a MIG-23! Hear's hoping it's Heatblur.
  5. I'm new to seeing this project, is it a mod or actual module? If module, why no developer section on the ED site?
  6. Google "NDA". Pretty sure that's your answer.
  7. Two weeks
  8. New pics from their Facebook page
  9. Nice! Looking forward to this module! Any info you can give us on how the RIO functions will be handled by the AI? For us solo fliers, will we be able to fight the F-14 effectively?
  10. Really excited for this module. How about an F-100D to follow up the MIG-19 RAZBAM?:smilewink:
  11. I've been to the region several times. The colors in the ED screenshots are pretty close.
  12. Has anyone seen a update for the F1 in a while? All quiet on the Aviodev FB page this summer.
  13. Great work as always! Really looking forward to the A4!
  14. Considering some of the published screenshots show the Burj Khalif, which didn't open until 2010, I assume the SOH map is based on current day.
  15. Don't forget to say "you're fired" every time you launch a Sidewinder.
  16. Not really. An Iwo Jima map also requires the creation and coding of WWII carriers, battleships, cruisers, destroyers, landing craft, infantry, tanks (US/Japan), artillery, AI aircraft, etc. They can't just create a map and the F4U. People want to fight the battle. Plus, without functioning modern aircraft carriers/carrier aircraft, the map is useless for those who only fly jets. Way too small an island for more than one side to use as a base.
  17. It was meant to be more of a joke than serious based upon Cobra's previous pattern of hinting at future modules. Sheesh, forget it. Mods...just delete this thread.
  18. LOL. No...just bored at work. Plus I like the F-105. :joystick:
  19. See quote above. A hint on future LN module or just random fact by Cobra? Discuss.
  20. One aspect I truly want to see is how the B-17s handle formation flying. I don't want to see 3 B-17s here, another four 3000ft above, another four 5000 feet behind, etc. How ED handles the need for large formation boxes is the key to the B-17s usefulness in this sim in my opinion.
  21. On 06 FEB 17 Cobra said about the next F14 update: Any news on when that next update will be?
  22. Thanks for the reply Gospadin. Looking forward to enjoying your team's work in DCS!
  23. Couldn't find the answer to this on previous pages, though I'm sure it has been asked. Are you trying/have you tried to become a recognized 3rd party with ED? Your work sure looks on par/superior to some of the other 3rd parties.
  24. LN's map their going to create for the F14 module.
  25. Previously LN said their map for the F14 will be very cold and wet (or something to that affect). My bet is on Iceland and the surrounding Atlantic. Not too many urban areas to model along with a limited land surface. Will play nicely for 1980's cold war scenarios of defending the fleet from Backfire raids and/or fighting land based Soviet forces who have captured Iceland during a hypothetical WWIII.
