  1. Thanks for that information. I am away from home for next 8 days so could not open DCS 1.5 to check it out myself
  2. Did the last hotfix add english cockpit for MI8?
  3. Video does not work
  4. Tried flying near trees with huey, p51, dora, f86, mi-8. Happens every time and in every mission. As you can see by my specs I have lots of memory so that should not be an issue. My usual frame rate is 124. It drops to 70s and climbs back up when you climb away from tree
  5. I also noticed big drop in framerate with last hotfix. I was averaging around 120 fps at airports and cities, now down to 60 fps at these location, sometimes bottoming out in the 30s. Hope they go back up during next fix
  6. It's a amazing increase across the board performance wise. I averaged around 60 fps in 1.2.6x and in the same missions in 1.5.0 i'm averaging 124 fps and no slow downs while at airports or over cities. Concidering it's the first day of beta and there will be some improvments made going forward we are really not going to have issues running Oculus when it is released
  7. Flew a couple of hours this afternoon. With every setting at high my frame rates have risen to an average of 124 fps at 2560 x 1440 as messured by nvidia's GeForce Experience. Even over citys and airports very little negative effects. For a beta Release the increase is great and very stable. Well done ED
  8. Good to know....hopefully this is a simple fix:(
  9. Downloaded 1.5.0 no problem but when I try to run it there is an issue with the modules. It shows all the modules I own as installed but when I try to click on them the come back with message no Key. I also only have two selections on the top, Modules and Options. There is no other listings, no badges along the bottom of the screen and no way to exit the sim. I have tried a repair and it ran but nothing changed. Anybody else having this issue? Well I finally have all items on spash screen I alt and entered and there was the rest of my modules along the bottom and the instant action et al on the right side of the screen. No to see how she flies Wow everything maxed out 125 frames per second, twice as many as per 1.5.0 well done ED:thumbup:
  10. Devrim Thats for this extremely usefull mod:thumbup:
  11. one problem I noticed was the axis controls seem to add and duplicate across installations don't know why but is easy to fix
  12. In my experience they should be alright if you saved them properly however, that being said, changing over to windows 10 appears to have some variables depending on your hardware
  13. one column at a time I don't know of a way to select more than one
  14. you need to select a cell in EACH of the controller columns and then load the saved profile, you must do this for each of the controller that have entries within the saved profile This for assigning the commands for your new install. When you load a profile I believe only the column you have clicked on is hightlighted? Can you confirm that is what is happening for you
  15. did you click and load each of the controller columns ie rudder, throttle joystick?
  16. Worked for me going from 7 on old computer to 8.1 on new computer. Dcs on the new computer was a fresh install. When I updated from 8.1 to 10 I had no issues. Did a fresh install for the beta install then moved profies from dcs to it no problem
  17. When I create a profile for an a/c I name it, for example Sabersep15. I date these profiles because I like to tinker with them so i could end up with more than I profile for the saber. When you save these profiles they are generated in my saved game folder under, in my case DCS. This location is not the root directory of DCS rather in the user file generated by windows (10) in my installation. If you use windows and you install multiple copies of DCS they will all be listed in Saved Games. So all I had to donwhen I installed the open beta was to make sure none of my controllers had any entries generated by the open beta install, copy the a/c profiles over to the same location in the open beta saved game file, all done. Hope this makes sence to you
  18. With respect to copying a saved profile to a new install I find you must first go into the new install anf delete all imputs with respect to EACH of your controllers collumns, ie warthog joystick, warthog throttle , MFG rudders etc. because DCSWorld will assign imputs automatically when you first start up a new install. If you do this you should not get duplicate imputs when you command a load within your options page. Each a/c should have it's own profile, in my opinion.
  19. Actually DCS 2 is free, it will follow on 1.5 for no cost to anyone. Only new maps will be for a fee so each user can decide where he/she wants to fly.
  20. Good news especially for us guys who get it for free:music_whistling::thumbup:
  21. Thanks for the info Sith....How did you like the Airshow?
  22. Am I correct in thinking that Mustangs enviromental mods are going to be part of 1.5?
  23. Ronht Yup, I did it the same way, just two screws.
  24. Leafer I saw no pauses during the live stream
