  1. This is the one thing I notice right away, including gun sound fx which uses the same sample for both internal and external view.
  2. Ok, so how does it work? I can't seem to make oxygen blinker to work unless I put it in the "Emergency" mode.
  3. Used my weekend to learn P-47 and noticed the same thing. It seems like either the system is broken, or the in-game tutorial needs to be updated not to set flaps in "up" position during the initial start-up procedure. Also the needle movement seems to be bugged. It jumps between 0 and middle position and that's all (no animation between).
  4. Ragdoll simulation will cost you another 10fps. Just kidding. but yeah it'd be a great addition, since BMS got their new physics update recently... why not in DCS?
  5. I noticed that when I turn on the taxi/landing light, the brightness spikes at the end of the animation.
  6. Old post, but according to the real AH-64 pilot in our group says that real one has AFCS along with hold modes. AFCS is disabled when you press trim release, otherwise enabled. Not sure if this is implemented in DCS (probably not?.. considering the flight input is overly sensitive ATM)
  7. Hi, I noticed that the ranking system for Argentinian Airforce is coded incorrectly. At the moment "Second Lieutenant" rank is represented as Teniente, but rather it should be Alférez.

  9. By default it's Rshift home, Rshift end and Ralt home, Ralt end.
  10. If the jettison store select pushbutton is pressed before the start, the ARM light will be constantly turned on regardless of its state. Image: RI, RO button was pressed before the start-up, now ARM light is permanently on unlike the ones on the left.
  11. Already reported the same. Some buttons on cyclic and collective also have the same issue.
  12. When using the "LHG Cursor Controller" Axis command, there's no animation for the cursor switch. It only moves when I use the individual button command (Left/Right/Up/Down/Press). RHG MAN TRK switch is fine.

  16. No.. far from it. If you see it in the game you’ll see it’s clearly related to shader/topology.
  17. That is good for you. Here's one for comparison. Both fully zoomed out btw. (I might be harsh on this one because Harrier's display and font is slightly smaller, but you get the idea.) This time both at default zoom level, (I zoomed out Hornet a little bit to match the scale)

  19. Will F-15E have the similar MFD rendering quality such as Hornet or Viper? If you look at RAZBAM's last attempt to bring MFD in DCS(AV-8B), it's not a secret that it looks quite outdated compare to Hornet or Viper. I run DCS at 1440p resolution, and I have zero issue reading texts on Hornet's DDI. No shimmering and sharp text. In contrast, Harrier's MFD render quality is not as good, especially in higher resolution and VR. At default zoom level the text is blurry and you can clearly see black outlines when drawn over HSI map underlay. Not to mention the amount of shimmering and lack of anti-aliasing. And this issue is still under investigation AFAIK. Now, I'm pretty sure that we're going to spend more time looking at those screens in F-15E.. I hope RAZBAM to deliver better end product...
  20. This is a follow up video of bugs related to Topd. Video 1: Tpod is automatically activated/deactivated every time I cycle through the selective jettison knob. Video 2: When I activate the Tpod, it instantly put into boresight (i.e. there's no animation for standby to active transition.) Comparison: F/A-18C (1:31 mark) Please let me know if I need to create a separate post regarding the video 2.
