I think you pulled the trigger a bit too fast here. Of course more advanced means less workload. Otherwise my argument comparing F16 doesn't make sense and is illogical. Let me explain you again: F16 has more advanced system than F15. It has naturally less workload. Yet when you compare F16 BMS with FC3 F15 you still have more load. Confusing mig21 and F15 systems. Frostie, I hope you you can recognize that people on the forum are able to build a coherent idea. I absolutely not confuse 2 min contemporary systems. The workload in a real F15 is higher than FC3 F15. I have flown the F16C in BMS which has more advanced systems than the F15C and the workload is higher and more complex. As soon as you put FC3 modules in the ranking then the top pilots get their scores with those modules therefore it is an FC3 ranking. A DCS level ranking would be with DCS level modules. Answer above What does this even mean? The pilot skills are never to be minimized but putting the same skilled pilote in a real module and an FC3 module is not the same thing. Sorry, cant agree with that. The workload in a full module is higher than an FC3, more deadly mistakes can be made in a real module. That plays a crucial part in a fight. It's not about throwing switches. You cant put an FC3 module and a full DCS module at the same level.

It is undeniable that those pilots in this SA Ranking are outstanding and dedicated. The community has surely a lot of respect to them. However, this is FC3 ranking. We would like to see also a DCS level ranking. I am sure the many of these pilots will top both rankings. I am equally sure that we will see new talented pilots making it to the top and that what will be interesting. IMHO this tournament should have been based on a DCS ranking and not FC3 one, since we were having F5s and Mig21s. My 2 pennies.

I don't believe that they are out of the tunnel with the Viggen there are still bugs to fix... plus getting out of Beta will take time. But fair enough, they will be busy with the Tomcat Viggen and Corsair the next 2 years at least. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

You are being pessimistic I feel! :) You make it sound like there are a lot of bugs. I finished the campaign and havent seen any bugs, if you follow the instructions that you gave in the other thread. I have seen a couple of things that need ironing but no bugs. In short, every M2000 owner should do this campaign and they wont regret.

a comment regarding CCIP, maybe you noticed that sometimes the pipper jumps around when the terrain is not so flat. That happened to me during the campaign. In those cases I prefer not to release and go up and do another pass. I believe it is related to the map engine in DCS which has some artifacts in some places. I also saw that in CCRP in semi mountain region, where in the campaign I had to do 3 runs. The 3 where perfect, I made sure that I attack from the plain side rather than mountains. One was a direct hit, the other 2 were way way too far, it must be because of buggy terrain

After finishing the campaign, I must say I really like it. It is, like the module, still in beta but it is very stable. I havent seen any bugs. The biggest issue is the erratic and unpredictible AI but that's a DCS problem, not the campaign's I have a general feedback though, I felt that the M2000C was a bit underestimated by the pilot and by the scenario. If you master it, you can take on more difficult missions. I wished I was a bit more challenged for advanced pilots... Thanks a lot baltic dragon, I hope you will do a DLC for the Mirage soon. You got me sold.

Mission 12: The Radio channels in the briefing are not correct. I used the fix you uploaded, you probably didnt change the briefing accordingly. Mission 13: the QNH is missing from the briefing. It is present in all the other missions except this one.

i have errors and cant play the campaign anymore :( it skipped mission 8 and sent me straight to 9: is there a way to edit progress and return to 8?

I am not sure if this has been reported. In the briefing of Mission 8, UK is said to be spike from M2000. I think this has been sorted out now and M2000 is shown correctly now.

Yes it is a known bug that the tanker will accelerate. But it could be orbiting faster than 160 knots, I think up to 270 in my tests. It is still better I am looking forward. But I have biz trips till Friday, so I gotta be patient!

Unlike A10C, I dont see a difference between 2D and 3D waypoints. How does it look like in Mirage? the cross would be in the air? From what I know it is only relevant when you do INS bombing.
