  1. It's maybe irrelevant but the early autumn mention was not in the video. Can't find it on the e store either. Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  2. That's better. However helicopters are usually detected cause of their blades moving in all directions including towards and away from you. Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  3. But you said "your relative speed is 0" that is wrong. Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  4. No. I can be lying away from him at his same speed. That's when my relative speed to him is 0. If I fly 90 degrees to him and he is getting closer to me (I am also getting closer to him) it can't be that my speed relative to him is 0. Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  5. Not correct. If you turn back and fly away from the opponent your relative speed would be even slower than if you fly 90 degrees. Yet you still wouldn't break the lock. Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  6. Shame but luckily I'm in holidays and then.in business trip. I won't be back home in the next 3 weeks ! :) I hope they fix it by then and bring TWS on. I'm in AA guy, I will barely need TGP. Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  7. Did you test that it doesnt work? Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  8. What update this week are you talking about? The update day is Wednesday and that was before yesterday. You have to wait to next Wednesday, maybe maybe there will be an update. Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  9. today you can hear others talking to the ATC and to the carrier if you are tuned on the same radio frequency. Surely, you will be able to do it with the new carrier module as well.
  10. MSI LTWS in the last update Hi guys, are you able to see the identified contacts in LTWS when MSI is enabled? It is not working for me. I do see the contacts on the SA page, but on the radar they remain bricks even when LTWS and MSI are boxed on the Data page of the radar display. I tried this on the stock instant action missions.
  11. you are not owed an update in yesterday or today or tomorrow. It will come soon. Get a life people. It is spring outside and life is beautiful.
  12. True TWS? how's that? you still cant guide the missiles which is THE main TWS feature.
  13. so, repair didnt help however, I know what was the issue. For some reasons, "game flight mode" was ticked and that's why my trims and airbrakes were not working correctly... i dont know what ticked that, I never used game flight mode at all... weird.
  14. I think there isnt another option. I ll try that.
  15. thanks for the advice, but as you can imagine i have checked that, and I even tried remap them (the trim) still no joy... regarding the airbrakes, they deploy but they barely slow down the jet now...
  16. I found what's the problem on my end. The trim doesnt work at all... I also noticed that the airbrake have very little authority.
  17. since the latest update 2.5.5 I noticed that the FCS doesnt maintain the AOA after trim. In fact, it seems that the trim has no impact. Before, I could tap the trim up a few times and the FCS will hold any AOA and all I need is to adjust power. What happened to that? is it only me?
  18. Stop bothering ED with all the whinning and let them work on TWS :D
  19. An 8 way hat is useless, I wouldn't call them functionally useful 4 buttons if you have VR or trackir. So yeah, still, it's much less usefull than the F16/A10 stick. Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  20. Yes! Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  21. You should also read carefully my post that you cited first. The other guy compares the buttons and say they are the same just their positions are different. You clearly can't compare 4 way d-pads to digital buttons. I'm afraid this stick doesn't bring much to DCS and even to the F18. What we need is the F18 throttle with an analog axis for radar elevation, not the stick Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  22. The f18 stick has 3 x 4 way d-pad. The Warthog has 4 of them. Tell me where is the 4th dpad on thrustmaster implementation Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  23. You probably never saw the Warthog stick but just from a glance you will see that's it has an additional 4 way D-pad Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  24. I actually don't care about the Harpoon. The F18 has it and I can fly it if I want to deploy them. However, does mean that USAF doesn't use the Harpoon or the CM is not capable of of using them? Gesendet von meinem SM-G975F mit Tapatalk
  25. From the link posted by Sierra Block 50's have the capability to fire the AIM-120AMRAAM, the new AGM-65G Maverick missile and thePGU-28/B 20mm cannon round. The Block 50/52 is capable of carrying the new JDAM munition, the AGM-154A/B JSOW and is the first F-16 version to integrate the AGM-84 Harpoon antishipping missile. The AGM-137 TSSAM stand-off attack missile was also foreseen in its weaponry, but subsequently cancelled. The aircraft can launch the Harpoon in line-of-sight, bearing-only, and range/bearing modes. The addition of the Harpoon gives the F-16 a significant standoff range anti-shipping capability, especially when combined with optional 600-gallon fuel tanks.
