in a hurry, in a hurry ... :D leave me enough time to adapt the template for the public version :p I need to make some modifications :D If i work fine, i think that i can finish it for this night (french hour ^^) but, before release, I need to give it to skippy for upload and modification of the web page :) Maybe I will upload it on LockOnFiles, i don't know yet I hope that it will be released at least for the end of this week :) have a nice day ;)

There's no problem Mizzy :D it's a nice job of skinning and, when reading that : I'll read a second time your post with your Mig29 skins in order to see your "rudimentary work" :music_whistling: and i don't have a really good knowledge in military matters but for AdA v2, it was needed for me to interest myself to a lot of French Air Force camo and immatriculations for aircrafts, so it's now a reflex :P

Yes, you should reinstall FC into another route because on Vista, you are logged as simple user instead of Admin (default configuration .... with XP, you are admin ^^) so to modify files into program files, this is a problem

Hello Mizzy Nice skins :D but I don't think these camo colors are so realistic :( maybe screen_116 should be for bresilian M2000 French M2000 don't have a lot of camo - grey/blue for -5, C and B versions - green/blue with grey intrados and black nose for N (mud, Nuclear Strike) - complete green/blue for D (Mud, conventional strike) we can see some desert camo too we can found some difference between 2 grey/blue camo (not exactly the same color) like bresilian M2000 don't have the same blue than french ^^ don't forget to complete immats ^^ (2-F.., 2-E..) (only screen_118 with 2-FH or FM with serial 40) I don't know if you see it, but I release a 2048*2048 template on Lockonfiles with 4 different camos (desert, grey/blue, D and N) (used in AdA Mod) you can use them and modify them as you want ^^ If you have any question about french immatriculations, simply ask ;) bye

Sorry ;) I'm not reading all threads all days :D in your case, keep georgian markings in georgian planes but not in your country will be impossible It's some On/Off "options" you have marking ... or not Your skin replaced another-one try to found another skin to replace without any national markings (if it's possible) if not, if you don't want Georgian markings in your country, just make a blank TGA file in your "Bazar\temptextures\" folder with the needed name (search good file name in the LO cdds files) but all georgian markings will be "deleted" :) same for the number 01 we can see under the cockpit on your screenshot. nomera.tga file need to bee blank ... but all numbers on aircrafts (Su27, 33 etc) will disappear :( -
Hello all I'm working on a edition of High Scene file with removing 1/3 or 1/4 of the buildings (except those one already in the low.scn) Removed buildings will be done "by chance" .txt file given by editing the .scn file put into 10 .xls files (limit of 65.000 lines :)) a program will read 1 line on 3 or 4, compared with the low.scn file (if line is in low.scn file, goto line+3 or line+4 and read) and removed if ok Maybee i will make another one with 1/3 or 1/4 trees removed too I will post them here or on lockonFiles when they will be ready ;)

Hello, The antiship missile is considered as a TV (or laser, i don't remember exactly) guided missile so apply the procedure you will find in the FAQ for your question, look specialy the "Installation and Use" FAQ, last post all the FAQ is written in french and translated into english (special thanks to The_GOZR :)) one post per question, each post have french and english Question/Answer (black question for french, red question for english) http://www.ada-mod.org/adamod/forum/viewforum.php?id=22 have a nice day ;)

not exactly the fuel you should have with 3 tanks on the MiG-29 fuel capability is in the (long :music_whistling:) readme.txt file : * triple fuel tanks (RP541+542+522) "Kilo" instead of the large unused 5000l fuel tanks of the Mig25 (which is realistic, 2000l per under-wing fuel tank, 1000 for center line fuel tank) * double fuel tanks (RP541+5425) "Bingo" instead of the large F-4 centerline fuel tank. double fuel tanks "Bingo" add something like 2500l I think

this is because we absolutly wanted to have a mod compatible between modded and non-modded players so Mig29S have only 7 pylons ... so 7 pylons for the Mirage2000 for the Mirage 2000-5F the first (big) under-wings pylon are not used so, if you want to have the under-wing fuel tanks, go on pilon #4 select group "AdA Mod Only : Fuel" you will find 2 fuel tanks configurations : Bingo => only the under-wing fuel tanks Kilo => Under-Wings and center fuel tanks The usualy under-wings fuel tanks of the mig29 are on pylons #3 and 5, but thoses pylons are on the fuselage, so see fuel tanks in this position is not realistic; So those fuel tanks are "invisble" hoping my post is clear to understand :) never forget that you will find some "AdA Mod Only :" weapon groups for each pylon take time to check all :)

test already done Hub. Modman, at each end of installation or uninstallation of any mod (even if the mod does not add or remove any cdds), the graphics.cfg file is checked and modified so, in our problem, need to re-launch the .bat file ;) -
correct :) the problems is that, with high res skins, you will have in your graphics.cfg file this cdds list (part only) : common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\AdA-Mod-Others.cdds"; common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\AdA-Mod-F1-MIV.cdds"; common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\AdA-Mod-M2000-RDM.cdds"; common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\AdA-Mod-M2000-RDI.cdds"; common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\AdA-Mod-M2000-5.cdds"; common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\AdA-Mod-Flankers.cdds"; common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\AdA-Mod-Others-HighRes.cdds"; common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\AdA-Mod-F1-MIV-HighRes.cdds"; common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\AdA-Mod-Flankers-HighRes.cdds"; common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\AdA-Mod-M2000-RDI-HighRes.cdds"; common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\AdA-Mod-M2000-5-HighRes.cdds"; common = ".\\Bazar\\World\\AdA-Mod-M2000-RDM-HighRes.cdds"; you can read that each cdds is in 2 versioon, normal, and high res :( this is the problem .bat file ( INSTALL-Graphic-HighRes-AdAMod.bat ) will remove lines about low res cdds files. but for each installation/uninstallation of any mod, the problem will came back :( a new version of high skin pack will be released as soon as possible ;) (with a 1.01 mod version :) )

This is for graphics.cfg file. update of the texturecollections no need with new version of modman, but there is a problem with the High res pack Skin see my post just above :)

!! For information !! After test with Modman 6.2.0.0 If you install the High res skin pack, you need imperatively to launch the "INSTALL-Graphic-HighRes-AdAMod.bat" after modman pack installation You will find this file in your lockon folder. why : due to automaticaly check of cdds texturecollection at each end of install/uninstall, modman put in your graphics.cfg file the low res cdds files AND the High Res cdds fils. so, Lockon will find 2 same texture files in 2 different cdds. launching the .bat file will remove basics (non high res) cdds of the graphics.cfg files but, if you install or uninstall any mod after the AdA Mod and the High Res skin pack, you will re-launch the .bat file :( the bug is know, i will take a new entry in "Known Problems" and "Installation and Use" FAQ on the AdA Mod forum :) have a nice day :) edit : no problem if you don't install or if you uninstall the high res pack skin

hello :) so, for joystick range ... it's your own feeling. don't forget that, under the mirage2000, there is a complete Mig29 for flying capabilties. some informations about the gauges and systems, the cockpits are only Mig29 cockpits reskinned, so informations are the same than before metric gauges for M2000-5F and M2000C RDI (Mig29S and Mig29A) imperial for M2000 C RDM (Mig29G) if you have any questions, AdA mOd forum is opened :) begining of the FAQ had been written (french and english) (waiting for the_GOZR translation, my english is not perfect :cry:) http://www.ada-mod.org/adamod/forum/viewforum.php?id=22 you can post if needed ;) all AdA mod tea will try to answer and help ;)
