  1. Are you using the wunderluft SFM? try adjusting the vector coordinate of the wheels and see what the effect is. Maybe the aircrafts centre point is not where you thought is was.
  2. Some friends and I started an SFM for a WW2 aircraft and had the same issue with it exploding when moving on the ground.

I really like the new textures but for they cost 5FPS over the textures I was using (I was also using the old land noise settings provided by Mustang after the event change to vis settings by ED). So I will be looking at ways of reducing the settings slightly to gain these frames back without losing too much of the eye candy.
  6. Good to see that redwing sims are developing a B-25 but I hope they eventually create a later variant with fuselage mounted ball turret. Also given the quality of the gazelle at release, the Stuka will a must buy for WW2 enthusiasts!

  8. Has anyone been able to input UTM coordinates into the NADIR as I haven't. Also I noticed then when I out the UTM, you can not enter a grid starting with '0' I.e 07868 65378. Can somebody please explain how to input UTMs and wher I can find the map area code? Jacks
  9. Thanks, I am aware of that option but I would like the addition of key binding to change in game like you can change between L&L and UTM using LAlt+L. This would be useful during missions where you might use different modules with some working with Knots and others with kph.
  10. For me and a few others there is no turn and slip ball beneath the AI. Instead of the ball, I get a blue and brown line across the glass tube making it look like it the glass tube texture is 100% reflective.

  12. To make recce with the gazelle and Doppler navigation in the Mi-8 easier, it would be very useful to be able to switch the units used for the ruler in the F10 map from Nautical Miles to Kilometrres.
  13. I have been testing this and got the same result. It is a shame that we can't enter a bearing and distance to create a waypoint of the target which we can pass to others.
  14. Definitely my favourite module. I love it so much I built a collective to add to the realism winch this aircraft oozes. Well done polychop. I am looking forward to the BO-105 even more now that I understand the quality that you guys are capable of producing. Jacks

  16. Starway, I am looking forward to the release and thanks for your efforts! A question if I may? Is there a noticeable difference in performance or FPS between the vanilla textures and your DLC? If so what sort fps difference are you seeing? Jacks
  17. Recce. Providing coordinates to the mirages and A-10s to then prosecute. It will be good when the INS and PI bombing mode is available on the mirage as the coordinates from the gazelle can be placed straight into the INS. Also it will come into its own at night where it's optics outperforms the KA-50s.

  20. I would like to see an Auster, a Piper Cub and a Storch. They could reconnaissance, spotting for artillery, medevac, picking up agents and downed pilots from behind enemy lines and a few other things. I would be surprised if any 3rd party dev would choose to do any of these aircraft though :-(
  21. So I a have managed to control the reflection by using a grey mask over the spec map and can vary the amount of reflection by varying this mask but what effect does baying the value of speculation level in the material editor in 3ds Max have?

  23. Since the DCS doesn't use the reflection value in material editor in 3dd Max, how do you control how reflective a surface is?
  24. Hopefully the new pascal GPUs due out this year will make VR a much more enjoyable and smoother experience - definitely the future of flight simulation.
  25. I assume it this effect that causes some of us to have light patches of forests when using Bartheks summer textures? Fingers crossed an answer is found.
