  1. Send me a screenshot showing how big your 3ds max install directory is
  2. what size is your texture. DCS only takes in multiple of 16. 64x64, 128x128, 256x256, etc. I think 64x128 works and those ratios, but i always just use square. I have no examples to give. I am very busy but i might have time to make something simple. There really is not much difference between modeling for edm and for regular stuff. Animation uses arg based, and just assign the custom materials.

  4. Avoid the newer plugins for now. I have not announced that the new ones contain support for max 2012 because they do not work fully. Use build 62806 FYI I only monitor this thread for questions to answer: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=86205
  5. Everyone use build 62806 and do not update until further notice. The newer builds are preparing for future changes. That is all I can say on the subject for now.

  12. 59270 maybe. I do not remember exactly, but it is an older one. I have had no reason to update it. My dev computer is more up to date
  13. I do not have dcs on my work pc. He mentioned that it did not work in modelviewer as well, hence why I showed the relevant modelviewer screenshot. I also attached the .edm file for him, or you, to test in game
  14. Worked fine for me. Try assigning a texture and seeing if that solves it. Put the texture in the temp folder though so it displays. test.rar

  16. Is the counter even there in 3ds max in the bottom left?

  18. Dont use bump maps, use Normal Maps. If you use photoshop, you can automatically generate them by using this plugin: http://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-texture-tools-adobe-photoshop
  19. Is the .skin the exact same file name? I seem to recall that you need to declare it someplace

  21. For fun eh. But back on track, the previous statement was not accurate because the current engine actually uses two cores. Sound in one core, everything else in another core.
