That video card has if Im not mistake 1MB of memory, thats most likely your issue.

You dont state what graphics card, just your chip and memory. They have said that 16GB is the minimum "recommended" memory and your video card should have 2GB of memory on it.

The 2 are entirely seperate, I have 1.5 live version, 1.5 open beta and 2.0 open alpha all installed on the same machine. On my desktop there are the 3 launchers, I just click on whichever version I wish to use and off I go. Its that simple. The only way you haven got 1.5 is if you have uninstalled it, if thats the case re download and reinstall.

No idea but my X52 does something similar. All the buttons show up in the control panel when I press them, but when I play DCS if I dont have the Saitek control panel open my pinky switch doesnt register so I cant use it as a shift state button. Open the panel all is fine, close it no shift button. Drawback is that with the panel open my thumb mouse and scroll button dont register in DCS.

I follow the visual cues on the HUD, I fly the A10C though, never touch the FC3 non clickalble aircraft. The only autopilot functions that has, and bear in mind its newer than the A10A, are heading hold, path hold ie climb or dive while on a set heading and then there is altitude hold, where you can put the A10 into an orbit and leave it there. There is no ability for the AP to fly your course for you.
