Gentlemen, I suggest getting to know your aircraft of choice and its systems a whole lot better. I took off, couldnt bank. Checked the aileron booster switch, saw it in the off position and turned it on. Checked the forum a little later and saw patch notes "aileron booster switch logic altered"

Any tanker would have the life expectancy of zero, as soon as anyone one on the opposing force spotted it, pow, Aim9 suppository

Really, after 2 hours I found it utterly bland and totally repetitive. I wont be buying it when released.

I suspect in this case its a ram size issue. Minimum required is 8GB, however minimum recommended is 16GB. I was having massive stutters, pauses and such issues in 2.0 and on some occasions in 1.5 O.B. I had 8GB of memory, doubled it to 16GB and its a much smoother, more pleasant experience now. I have i5 4690k and an Asus Strix OC GTX980.

Sorry but this constant crashing is ruining this round. Its worse now than its ever been.

Right, just started 1.5 beta after update, it wanted me to reactivate Mig21, ok no issue. Closed beta down, started up 1.5, and that wanted me to reactivate Mig21, fair enough. Closed it down and restarted 1.5 beta again to check something and it asks me to reactivate it again, slightly worrying. Now after further checking whichever version of DCS 1.5 I open its asking me to reactivate Mig21 every time. Used 3 activations already. Its stopped asking me to activate it for 1.5 live version. Ok so after further testing, if if I use Beta after 1.5 it asks me to reactivate Mig21. Then each time I use Beta as long as I dont start 1.5 live version it remains activated. If I then start 1.5 live version I have to reactivate it, then it stays activated until I start 1.5 beta, and so on and so forth. Down to 6 activations from 10 now. Can I have them back please.

Im gonna get involved in this, Im an A10 driver, and to be honest I kind of thought in the past 'How hard can the F15 be, its all keyboard and no click etc' I had my eyes opened when I started to learn it to provide my squad a bit more depth of field for blue flag. While its not a struggle its not as straight forward and as 'easy' as it looks in the videos on youtube etc. The elation I felt at finally getting my first pvp kill vs a redfor Su27 a couple of days ago made it hit home that it really isnt 'that easy'.

We have the 21, and plenty of Blue pilots fly it regularly. 2 provided CAP for us last night as we took Sukhumi.

That all depends on whether anyone on is in the forward observer role providing GCI, when we at the 42VFG are on we tend to have someone in that role. If you see us on buddyspike TS pop down and see if we have someone providing GCI. We're a friendly bunch, most are house trained. If you're Blue that is.....

Lazzyseal flies Mi8 mostly, chopper pilots are exempt from the life/loss of life counter. Thats the reason he has 6 deaths and is still flying. I'll defend anyone thats innocent, even if he Redfor :p

Firstly for BF you need to register really. Its a full on team v team battle. Not really the place to go for learning, we're all too busy trying to capture targets and win to be teaching someone. I'd suggest any of the TAW public servers or the 104th.

I do believe the bunkers being high priority should go to the front of the queue, but they should have the full 15 to 30 minute repair time. Not whatever time the unit they replaced had left to run till repaired that currently is happening. You work at the base and even leaving the bunkers until last, you get the closed message up and as they helo's are coming in a minute or 2 later to drop troops the bunkers respawn in and open up on the helos. Very very frustrating.

Just attacked Beslan, my flight took out both fuel bunkers, less than 2 minutes later 2 brand new bunkers spawned in, floating in the air slightly above the old ones and started firing at us. 2 minutes? Something not right there, this time it was seen by all of my squadron and several others taking part in the attack.
