As for the location of the files just follow the path of the folders in the downloaded Mod
For editing stuff I use GNU Image Manipulation program
After I saw what Werewolf cooked up I decided to mess around with afterburners as well and this was my goal
I tried to make it look similar as close to possible and this was the result:

Open Beta having an issue with Mig-21bis
The center of the screen is the engine and not the center of the aircraft

You can call them
PIP Forward - Cycle CCM Modes
PIP Back - Cycle Horizontal Modes
PIP Down - Unlock Target
Idk, sounds reasonable to me i guess
In the end it doesn't even matter if A-10C can have TMS DMS CMS and all that other stuff PIP shouldn't be a problem
I implemented this sound mod into my own sound mod pack

In sdf they have same definitions and all does it have any importance to workings of this or?
Cool stuff, when you press the key do switches fit in their correct positions?

The lock hold stable for both PID (TWS) and PIC (STT) 1 S530 got spoofed by chaff but then the 2nd one hit the target all while maintaining lock
Only issue I seam to have is with the PID ...
The relative closure rate was constantly decreasing and I needed to use PIC to get correct closure rate
