yes you can do aero braking but i can't do it without the nosewheel touching the ground first

Yes indeed, just very different philosophy between DCS and the Civil airliner on other platform. I bought the mirage 2000 back in the day but never flew it and i was shocked how its still being developped currently and its now ver very complete.

I see. I come from P3D, XP11, MSFS where developpers almost never put their products in EA, i dont think that the community will appreciate developpers putting aircraft in EA that still need years to developp. For example the IXEG B737-300 took 5 years to developp and was released at V1.0, the FSLABS A320 took 6 years to developp and was also release at V1.0. It's seems that its only in DCS where add ons can stay for years in early Acess. Not complaining, I wish that developpers on Xp11, MSFS 2020 would do early access so that we dont have to wait for half a decade to get study level aircraft.

Hello guys. For those owning the X56, what are you sensitivity setting for the pitch and roll axis please ? Thanks PS: I noticed that wy X56 throttle has like a huge dead zone of like 30% ie i need to move above 30% deflection of the throttle to get above IDLE. Is that an hardware issue or bad seeting in the sensitivity setting ?

my point is how was the F1 pilot able to make tiny pitch correction and roll correction with the F1?

It's quite simple. Let's say an aircraft has in the pitch axis a max deflection of 60° on the stick and your joystick only have 30°, a 10° deflection on your joystick will move the flight control surfaces by 33% whereas in the real aircraft, it would only deflect by 10/60 =17%, therefore if you keep your pitch axis linear, you would be twice more sensitive than the real aircraft. my X56 has quite same deflection of the F1 so i shouldn't need any non linear curve to get the same deflection in the F1, I guess IRL the F1 stick needs lots of force to move the stick so pilot can make little inputs compared to a a light spring joystick

yes because in real life airliners have more deflection range than the 400usd joystick or yoke so it makes it more sensitive than the real thing, therefore non linear curve is needed. However with the F1, with linear curve, my X56 deflection matches the max deflectionof the F1 stick ingame so putting ,non linear curve would be unrealistic

we need a campaign in TCHAD were the french airforce did 30 years of missions overthere with their F1(CR) a map like at the end of the video where you could Zig Zag between rock lmao

I may be dreaming but it would be nice if we could have in the futur an african map, more specifically a map in TCHAD as the french used their mirage F1 during operation Manta in 1983 in TCHAD against Libya Rebels. Those F1CR mirage stayed over 30 years doing missions in TCHAD.
