hello Guys I'd like to know what's the best FOX2 in terms of range, maneuvering, flare sensitivity for the ECW server ie, JULI not accepted. Does the 530 IR have the same Range as the EM variant and does the 530 IR have further heat signature than the sidewinder or matra I thanks

Hello, With the F1, there is a dead zone throttle around the Idle position and the AB detent: Indeed at idle, if i move 10% mly throttle physically, nothing happens in the cockpit and same thing around thre A:B detent. I have no issue with the 2000, F16, JF17 and F14 so its not an issue on my hardware, any idea ?

Is the severe imbalance after firing just one missile correct?

even if it has no Autotrim like the 2000, you find it hard to belive that even after firing one 530, the plane will roll severly on the side where the missile was fired. on the 2000, you can fired both the 530 and Matra II from the same side and it will not roll an inch but i guess the FBW will set the flight control accordingly to avoid roll, even the F16 anf JF17 doesnt do that lol -

Hello, I've never been able to lock a target with the radar when pressing the lock on button and reminscence on max. Any idea ? Thanks

i only fly on GS and soon on Tempest server yes but on GS is quite chaotic as there is 50+ players almost every time if not 60-64, so you barely time to get to 40k+ feets, i tried to go high but there is always flankers and other redfor aircraft down the deck on the valleys waiting for hight altitude aircraft to be spotted by awacks then fired their FOX3 from the valleys and go defensive straight after. besides you can fire your AIM54 at 60+Nm but by the time the missile arrive on scene, the target already went defensive or got splashed

but its useless as at 50Nm, in STT they will have a EWR warning about being locked and missile launch, at those distance they will defend easily, that why i launch in TWS so that they onlky get notified when the missile goes pitbull? How to get out of the Rmax as you have to wait for the AI%54 to go pitbull and it takes several minutes

Well the AIM54 is useless in PvP. i never been so frustrated in GS server, i can barely get a kill with the F14. I launch the AIM54C at 50+Nm so way above the Rmax of the 120 but as you need to wait like 120+s before it gets pitbull, even if you get down and crank, you will get in th Rmax and NZE of those 120 get shjot down way before those 54C gets pitbull.. all are launched in the TWS auto. i've only made 2-3 kills with the 54C with target below 15Nm

Hello, I noticed that when i dispence via the hotas, i only dispence flares, is there a way to select the kind of countermeasure i want to dispence without needing to ask Jester ?

Hello, Yesterday on the GS server i've locked a contact in PAL (horizontal scan) and Jester didn't tell me it was a Friendly, hopefully my missiles missed as he was splashed before by the Foe. However when i watched the Tacview, it was a friendly. So my questions: How reliable is Jester when he tells you that you locked a firendly or not because i've seen several video 6+ months on YT and youtuber said that he was not reliable => Jester said multiple time it was a friendly but it was acutally a FOE Is it possible to bind a command that asks Jester to IFF the lock contact ? Thanks

Yeah in my video, you can see that i did quite well all thing considered. I'll just the same thing as 600Ft but with an offset of 900ft lol

guys, Irl a pilot is only qualifed for one fighter aircraft; you cant be irl be type rated on the F18, F22 and F35. As a dcs pilot and only being able to fly a couple hours per week. You can't master every aircraft unless you are a DCS youtuber and fly DCS several hours per day. You should be able to apply the F16 overhead brake on the F14, the goal is to touch down around 14°

As i said, as i fly several :modules, i can't afford to learn the overhead trechnique for each aircraft, it will be PITA, so all my overhead brake will be based on the F16 ie Base turn at 1500ft and you start descending when passing abeam of the runway. My concern is when to use AoB and DLC

Thanks but as i said i'll not be doing the F14 overhead brake ie being at 600ft RA before the base turn. all my base turn in DCS will be at 1500ft RA. Why can't you use Wing auto for the entire procedure ? do you really need to be at 68° before the brake ?
