  2. I've tried multiple aircraft FLIR systems and multiple types of ground units yet this never changes. One group set to "Start Cold" and the other is not, yet they both look the same. Is there something else I'm missing here?
  3. I had this problem not too long ago. I fixed it by removing export scripts from my saved games folder. It seems there was something there causing issues.
  4. I did some more testing. I have ensured mirrors are off and have a video for you. Maybe this will help with troubleshooting this problem. Also, try as I might, I can not get this to duplicate anywhere but the South Atlantic map. I'll keep trying though.
  5. Just tested this, it doesn't fix SHKVAL render bug. Mirrors on or off did not make it go away. It appears only when looking at specific areas and I am only getting it on the South Atlantic map. Here's a quick vid of what the SHKVAL is doing, toggled mirrors on and off, with no effect.
  6. Is there any possible way to have the option to turn off the new High Speed Vibration? In VR it is almost sickening as we are constantly flying over 250 and the simulated vibration doesn't feel like a vibration but more like a micro stutter to me. I have also tried it in 2D regular mode and the vibration is really more annoying than "realistic". The vibration feels more like an added camera shake, and it is quite distracting. I have others that fly the 50 state similar experiences.
  7. From the time I posted my last post I made a mock up panel and tested it. Everything worked perfectly! Finally I can move on to actually building panels instead of working on making them communicate!
  8. Thanks so much! I just downloaded the files and plan on playing around with it now. I've been fighting comms between my Arduino and DCS for a couple weeks now, you're announcement couldn't have come at a better time.
  9. Let me know on this. I also own a web server, and I would be more than happy to get a forum set up on it for him. He has contributed so much to this community, I for one would love to give back.
  10. First off, hello all, it's been a long time since I've been here on the forums. However, I'm back and into pit building. I've been making great progress thanks to the unbelievable amount of information so many have shared here. I really can't thank this community enough. Now to my problem. I have an Arduino UNO hooked up and reading in Helios under a EOS Bus. All is good, I see the three LED's I have hooked up and the code is working good. I can toggle them on and off with a toggle switch set up in Helios. However, I would like to link these to specific indicators so that when a light comes on in the simpit I get the light on my board. I have put indicators on my Helios screen but there is no output option for them, what am I missing? On a side note, I was able to get these indicators to light up using a UDP bridge, and running the simulator. However, I would like it all to run through Helios if possible being I already need it for my other displays. I look forward to hearing from you, and I'll get get a pit building thread started here soon. :) EDIT: Shortly after posting this I figured out how it works. I wasn't aware that you had to have the EOS Bus tab open and link it through the bindings that way! Hopefully this will help someone else out along the way.
  11. Well I had to re-install DCS A-10C, but it is working now. I did not use EMC this time around, and I will just manually configure where I want things. Thanks for pointing out the errors of my way.
  12. I used Notepad ++ and re-did my .lua as you stated... no luck again. Getting tired now will try more tomorrow night. Thanks for the help, I will try to re-create my entire .lua file tomorrow. I tried this one time, and I have to admit, I don't think i read the red letters.... I don't remember seeing them. :music_whistling: And yes, it looked like that. I guess I will have to do a re-install from what I read. Thank you, I will look into this tomorrow too.
