i have the steering knob mapped to a spring loaded "wobble paddle" on my throttle. in theory it should be perfect for this. in reality it does not want to turn the way it's supposed to

I'm struggling to get Jester to lock on some targets. In the screenshot you can see they are 13nm in front of me. They are big Yak jets. However nothing I do will get Jester to lock on. He always says no can do, even if they're on my radar screen. Any idea what I'm missing here? null null

hah i saw that humvee and assume it was a statue or something

i've got it (mostly) figured out now. still a couple od behaviors (like the nose dipping down during acceleration), but I can do most of the flying decently well now. will probabty just need a lot more practice.

found out the solution was to press rctrl+[ and rctrl+] to have the engineer actually walk back to different positions in the cabin. this was the only way to actually push the buttons in the back as far as I could tell. very neat feature. not a whole lot to go back there at the moment though but just fun to walk through the cabin while flying

exactly. this is what I'm looking for. a video tutorial on how to use Jester AI to search for and select targets beyond visual range. i've been struggling to find any good ones

quick q: what is EGI1 & EGi2? checked the manual and there's no mention of what it is or what it does

so this was definitely off i didn't see it included in the startup tutorial i was using. is this modeled in the Early Access? does it actually stabilize flight at the moment?

Does the CH-47F in DCS have any electronic control assistance to help with axis control? For example most of the modern helos do, but the UH-1H does not. I'm finding it very hard to control so was wondering if there were any electronic assistance with this upgraded package modeled in DCS.

I'm looking for a .miz that has a lot of objects placed around and planes flying around to use as a base mission to build up my own missions. Anyone know of any missions like this? Things like bases and beachfront fortifications and patrol routes, etc. Hoping to not have to reinvent the wheel if something like this already exists. Thanks for any help!
