  1. You can set the radio transmission to radiate from a zone you have defined, along with the radiated power. try that
  2. So I learned a rookie mistake. Don't add these entities as individual parts, add them as a whole template. Then you just add ROE and ALARM state and you're hot to trot
  3. Now my next big thing is to somehow create a ground element that you can talk to and make the jet pass fuel quantity in a radio message. Thanks for the code though, works a treat in a message window.
  4. So this is my test mission for a Maverick F-14B TopGun Campaign i'm almost through building. Would appreciate some feedback either on here or via PM from the forum troops. 01. Hop1.miz
  5. A sticky for F-14B Tomcat missions to be posted.
  6. Hardcard. I'll give that a go. I only need fuel readings twice, One at Fence in and the other at Fence out. Do i need to replace all in quotations marks with just the pilots name in capitals?
  7. SO it may be that it's reading the 40 value as the primary to mission success, vice points as you'd like. Might be a better idea to set a mission goal like: 100 points unit speed less than 50 unit height agl less than 100' flag 1 is true ( if you can add that) 40 points; as above but leave out flag 1 is true
  8. Trying to "check In"with fuel quantity in a campaign i'm almost finished designing.
  9. So i'm in the process of campaign creation and i can't seem to track down in the User Manual, how to set a trigger/condition to pass fuel quantity as part of a radio transmission. Anyone know how to do this? Cheers :book:
  10. feefifofum So that's what i thought. I have a "Kill X" as 100%, then "X" still alive 50%, but it always goes back a mission????
  11. SO the question i have, i have set each mission conditions to blue win 100, red win 50, but if you red wins it takes me back a mission. How do i set those conditions such that you just re-fly the current mission again?? Getting rather frustrating
  12. Hi, Trying to get a second element of fighters to react to an F10 radio call for help. Not sure how to do it, so any help would be appreciated. I've added the radio item, added a last waypoint, triggered "push to waypoint" in element menu, but not sure how to get them to actually do it in the ME trigger section. Thanks :helpsmilie:
  13. For some reason i can't seem to hear nor transmit on the back end radio. I'm having to conduct everything on the -152 in the front cockpit. I'm getting Jester to tune it to the correct channel or manual freq but no joy. Even putting the same freq as -152 on the -182 but nothing. What am i doing wrong?
  14. I'll investigate this and get back to you.
  15. For realism, make it orbit in a racetrack, approx 350kts at circa 30000'. I regularly use these as mt settings. Just remember to check to height and speed once you set "orbit" command.
  16. Guys, I have the same question. Just got an X56 and really struggling to set it up Help needed and appreciated
  17. I'm having the exact same issue with the mouse mini stick not being detected on my X56 in DCS. My old X56 detected the mouse and left click buttons automatically, but i can get the X56 to work the same way. \i tried the bind to slew as above but in the throttle column, DCS tells me there's no command
  18. Can't seem to find V3
  19. I'll give that a go, many thanks
  20. I'm having a similar issue, whereas i have the correct vehicle, with correct advanced commands. The JTAC will show in the radio menu, i can transmit to him but i get nothing in return. Any ideas are appreciated.
  21. Alerax I'm having trouble converting back to .miz. I create the mission, add your Do SCRIPT FILE, rename to .zip, input the audio file folder, but every time i try to rename back to.miz it remains as a .miz.zip file and can't then be played. Any ideas or help is appreciated
  22. All, New Non-Deck Crew version released today. As always, happy for thoughts and comments either here or on the user file page. Enjoy
  23. Hi, I'm the guy that created this, just a different callsign on here. Glad you enjoyed it. You must have an early version as there should be a bonus mission at the end. Plus, when you finish the grad sortie, fly down the runway as briefed for some celebrations.
  24. If you click up to the desired waypoint you want to hit at a certain time, then do a UFC followed by Time on Target, enter your desired time (In Zulu), then fly the speed indicated by the carrot at the lower side of your airspeed readout on the HUD. Carrot to left of centre=slow down, carrot to right of centre line=speedup.
  25. There are already a lot of personally made trg files in the download/user files section of DCS homepage. You can download and then tweak to your desire.
