  1. All, without having to read back through over 100 pages, what's the verdict on Viacom and Voice Attack? Do i need both or which is the better option?
  2. I'm not a fan of the software either. I find as i try to assign keys, like a double press, it registers either too few or too many. Again with a modifier, it wouldn't register correctly. I just assign through DCS, but i'm aware that doesn't allow use of the other MODE selections

  4. Thanks for this. I have in fact tried to "cherry pick" what's needed for the campaign i'm creating, however, i can't seem to activation the CCA for a single mission, vice this lua scripting for client slots. You used to be able to just add MOOSE (which i have downloaded), then a script file and Alerax's LSO would run for single player missions. I can't seem to activate similar using the Airboss lua that i have created. I've added the 2 attempts at it below. :helpsmilie: airboss.lua airboss2.lua
  5. I too am struggling to work out what needs adding after the initial MOOSE.lua. I have down loaded the. With the old Alerax LSO you added the MOOSE.lua and then the script file.lua. I can't seem to locate an Airboss version of the script file. Really want to add this to the latest campaign i'm building
  6. Sedlo, So this works as long as there's only 1 number after the decimal point for a preset? Shame if it has this limitation but i'll give it a go thanks!! :thumbup:
  7. So i'm trying to create a situation in a mission that triggers off a switch movement. How do i get the complete list of switches that can be used as a trigger action to then make a radio call etc? To spell out what i want to do: Change the F/A-18C radio 2 controller to button 3 This then will trigger AWACS to switch freqs and a radio transmission to go out. thanks :book:
  8. Mule, what software are you using to do that as i have created a few campaigns now and would appreciate that added realism.
  9. So for CAP flights, add "No Reaction to Threat". This means they won't push to engage without a trigger set.
  10. The way i do this is by trigger zones. Once "In zone, Group change freq to X". After the action is complete, add a flag and then "Group out of zone, FLAG 1 is true, change freq to Y"
  11. For this very reason i have created an immortal "Test Pilot", such that i can run my scenarios/missions to check them out before posting.

  19. I inadvertently deleted the Russian SAM templates and can't get them back. Tried a repair but that didn't populate the drop down again. How do i get them back/create new ones please? :doh:
  20. Subferro, In this scenario, i tend to push the flight to JTAC for the very reason, you'll need AWACS comms in a busy environment. You can do that by adding a trigger point, with "set freq" in the trigger list (I do this for ATC/AWACS type changes in campaigns).
  21. All, Having an issue with a campaign i've created. I've noticed that whilst the mission will give 100% completion for killing the opponent, it's not crediting me with an A-A kill in the pilot logbook. Can anyone point out a reason for this please? I've attached one of the missions for feedback 02. Hop 1.miz

  23. The other way round. I want to fence in to a ground unit with fuel.
  24. I'd like to be able make an entity on the ground a controller and have "Fence In with fuel transmitted". Currently have pre-recorded "radio transmissions" set, but obviously can't include fuel.
