Well I'm not really a civilized person on certain matters. But this thread and the other that was closed is quite interesting. Didn't recently ED add a humidity factor to the game engine? Also if information is eventually provided or testing in all weather and weight drag config does prove our beautiful hog is not up to snuff can changes be made? Do realize and I'm not here to defend fellow service members but some fellas around here have the true data and see it in person everyday. That being said I fully understand certain things due to contract may prevent certain accuracies. Either way we should have a good discussion on this and take feedback not as criticism but as us as a community helping you maintain the highest levels of Allowed accuracy. Also I have seen 3rd party developers base their FM on all the geek numbers and more importantly actual pilot feedback. Food for thought but I'm sure I just stated the obvious. Hog is one of my favs and in a couple weeks will get to see her up close and personal so hope the best for her in the sim as well.

I think that is a good idea also even after the testing phase this being my first blue flag I'm still figuring it out. Like for instance can you drop what you carrying from a hover or is it a requirement to land?

Here's something and yes I am one that asked for it for ka50 or mi8 as I think all rotor wing should have the ability. Will it make us a more hunted tgt yes and sorry the way I think and look at things is comparative to what I do for a day job. So realistically everybody with a radio could call in Airstrikes yes..... Understand the fairness police will kick in here hence why rotor wing or those trainer aircraft makes more sense I. The blue flag scenario. At least it does in my mind. Really dont know what the complaint is as one man used the feature last night and I believe no bombers where successful? Good job shooting them down. Sorry some had to take a break from Air Quake. I think it's a great feature brings about a more dynamic sandbox battlefield and isn't that the goal of Dcs World?

So I was told in ka50 if you fly at or slower than 27 kilometers per hour you will not be seen by radar... It's in the Lua files.

Bump can we get an answer to this as this is very interesting and important. THank you to be more clear im trying to get the total object count down as in 3d it really hammers the fps now when around cities and such.

I have noticed this exact same problem I thought I was hallucinating. Glad I'm not. Dood example is the a10c hot start on runway mission look towards the mountains and frame rate slaughter.

Warhead mod!

I'm relatively new to the mig but from understanding the radars and airframe capabilities it seems to me it's functioning correctly. But it would be nice if Dev could do a quick check to make sure the decimals are in correct place just as a what if. Other than that this module is amazing and highly impressed with the work and detail!

Same problem here but in 3D I turn off 3D and run 2d I still maintain 60fps.

I'm not a real life Russian missle expert but would think ballistics wise it will become more un stable as it slows to sub sonic speeds. And since it requires a spin for stabilization I would see it definitely having an effect as its speed slows. Plus it sort of feels like environmentals have more effect in game now. We would need info from ED on exact modeling and changes.

I can tell you that the vikhrs are not nearly as accurate they once where past 8km.

What I love about red side is the fact it got me to learn the mi8 and mig21 had them all this time and have definitely missed out. Blue flag is a perfect environment to truly learn not very well known modules for me anyways. I never knew putting in Kub systems and Man pads could be so fun!

Yes Body and I deployed some Devious anti Air machines of death trying to hold you guys off from taking Kras. Then the infamous attempted strike of Maykop we did with ka50's mi8 and Nach saving our ass for most of time in a su-25a. Coolest thing was getting that jtac forward deployed.. good times But F-15 guys should know ramming a ka50 is not good for your health lol

Ya buddy I second this, it's the best comms software I've had a privilege to use. Our radios in pit which are highly modeled are actually useful thanks to you. Keep up good work and truly those who want to cry about it their is other servers out their. Team speak is worthless it's just a bunch of air Quakers talking over each other. Simple radio is real Comms pure and simple.

I can tell you as a dk2 user and current 3D user on a 55 inch screen the mig 21 pit is the most impressive! Yes not having a pilot body is a bummer but you soon forget it. Trust me the pit is amazing in 3D and vr. I do believe the performance hit is bigger than other pits but it's well worth it for that detail.

Thanks for Heads up and have to say everytime i sit in the Mig 21 pit i am blown away by your attention to detail and master craftsmanship. These next birds will be well worth the wait. Keep up good work fellas.

Mirage has wonderful range if you fly it accordingly
