  3. Empire is coordinated and has a tech advantage, a la Bluefor Rebels are often not as coordinated and are working with worse tech, a la Rebels :thumbup:

  5. No, they all died out for some reason. I guess 4th gen airquake is more preferable to dogfighting that takes some skill :music_whistling:

  9. I was playing earlier today online in the MiG 21, while flying I flicked into the F2 exterior view. When I returned to cockpit view all of my cockpit instruments were reading 0 and the ASP had no power despite all the required switches being on. It eventually all returned but only after 5 minutes.

  13. Situation on this was I was on the deck, no weapons full burner. I think the season was summer and i was running away from 2 F-15s, I just left the burner on and managed to accelerate to around 930kts and sustained it for a good few minutes til I cut power myself

  15. I have hit 930kts at sea level before in the M2K and it was recently. I'm not sure how realistic this behaviour is

  17. Exactly this, nothing against them as people, but as a studio they don't seem to always make the best decisions
  18. None of these first attempts have anything on how bad the Hawk is. Someone needs to be vocal over it otherwise how will they know not to do it again.
  19. It's not that it's not the best module ever. It's just so horrible and it was sold as if it were a finished product. Which it still isn't, and then they moved on to other projects instead of fixing their mess. I'd rather err on the side of caution than get excited for something they make until I start seeing quality I've come to expect from DCS modules. I must clarify, my issue isn't that it's the best ever and I didn't say that. My issue is that there's no ambiguity about the worst module out at the moment in terms of cosmetic appearance and performance as a simulated aircraft.
  20. And I haven't got high hopes for that. Their only piece of work we have, the Hawk, is the only metric of their ability. The Hawk is by far the worst DCS module out in terms of quality and frequency of updates.

  22. Yeah I'm annoyed about that too. The no early access modules on steam is probably because of the Hawk seeing as it's so bad
  23. When I was making runs I had Radar Altimeter on and RADAR on, RS would give me a gun solution alone but when paired with TAS or TAS was on its own then I wouldn't be given a solution. No idea if I'm actually using it wrong or not tbh.
  24. Either I'm not using this correctly or it isn't working for me, I have both TAS and RS on and the reticle doesn't move when I'm making a run *EDIT* It works in RS but not TAS or both
