its not unfollowable. you dont bend it up but if you right click the handle it turns sideways, you plop it down. if the gear dont go down you raie and lower it ( i guess to pump it) and they slowly come down. this literally happened yesterday and I coached the pilot to it. have the track.. of course im in the back seat.. but you can look over the pilots shoulder and see..

Ive used the hydraulic thing for the landing gear. you turn the gear handle right and u gotta click it to 'pump' it a time or two the horizon line? you can manually move that with a switch in your cockpit. right up there where the hud controls are. i always re align it to the horizon on deck. I always always always have problems with any adf. I think its an idiot problem on my end. I flat wont fly huey rescue if they put the beacon as adf and not FM.. =*( same with VOR TACAN works tho! ;)

no its not stupid, youre a developer and taking the time to help me, nothings stupid to ask me. I just want this to work, as RIO thats one of my duties! I *WILL* add that even doing say Carrier Quals F14A SC ONLY the carrier responds to the call, the see you at 10, but then STOPS. I have a track of me doing a SP landing. Also jester ALWAYS says 'thats a bolter' when its not. I keep getting weird grades, especially annoying is NC when i definitely was communicating but the %#@% carrier went dark on me. The landing in question was a one off, easy peasy case 1, no bolter nada. yes Im sure. I checked the briefing, plus we also went on the hoggit chat while flying (its on the track I can link ) and confirmed the freq, and others said the tanker worked. it works in SP, it doesnt seem to work in MP consistently. Ill try 104th later. I can bring in the 2 people who were flying when we had radio issues here... indeed I asked them to come, they should have already. as far as being off on radio frequency remember Im the RIO, Im not telling jester to do it. Im able to see what Im manually entering... and yes I know you use different binds for the 2 radios. O/T but on a swedish clan discord I got asked about Lantirn and if I was having issues.. again just to put it out there. anyone else? I havent tried it. it does seem an isolated issue which is why I was begging for help. but for the life of me I cant figure out WTF im doing wrong! I reread chucks guide; your manual, watched tutorials. Worst of all was when i disco'd and went SP and bam it worked.

no i havent read anything about it is that a crime or something? i guess the systems are similar.. though then again Id say theres a fairly radical difference between radial and inline propeller engines.

lol because he didnt just say 'no' and because the sabre and mig15 are VERY close, and only use the WW2 weapons, it left room for doubt... you see where Im coming from? I dont think so. I HOPE NOT. For one they said their AI copilot will be better than jester. Thats BOLD. then they said Multicrew will come later in EA which is worrisome Ill be VERY UPSET if they dont do multicrew. that shud be a requirement by now. Ill buy it, but not if theres no AI multicrew. If they cut both I dont care how much I love the airframe I wont support that. Even an F4 or A6. I refuse to fly planes in 2020 when Ive seen it proven they can have a jester ai or somesuch and also multicrew. If the militaries of the world. famous for 'lowest bidder' feel a plane or helo NEEDS 2 men, than why should I fly in a game and do the work of 2 men? I agree... except I think they chose the P because the community wanted it. TBH Id have preferred a D as is the quinessential 70s and 80s hind... whether or not the gatling 12.7mm was effective or not... but you know the community. they want MOAR FIREPOWER. And the cannons are pretty sweet. I dont see how they can make a helo with no AI gunner at this point, itll make guided at missiles insanely hard, especially russian wired guided ones.

all my dce are totally broken =( no idea how to fix them or what went wrong They dont give error messages even they simply dont work I never got the p51 to work which I really wanted But at the very least I was hoping my precious F14 campaigns at least would save. thanks your first answer makes no sense to me sir though I asked if it extends to korean planes. not in the future but now, i mean seeing as they use cannon and mgs that ww2 planes use. you say yes, 'but only ww2 planes' so its not yes, its no, the DM only counts to ww2 planes period. they plan to extend it apparently, but its ONLY ww2 planes rn. correct? I only have the p51, and I cant get DCE to work with it, soooo .... I do have the f86 and hunters over the yalu is superb. i was hoping to fly that. I guess not though. thanks

hello Radio 2 but we tried one out of desperation. I know theres an ARC 159 and ARC 182 and they use different keys I know you cant contact most carriers or tankers with the front radio I know how to use the rio pit. just to clarify everything... im like 95% in the rio pit, 95% in front seat. I cant refuel in the F14 thats about it. the way I see it, if I can contact all these things In SP on full realism without ez comms, for example instant action 'refuel fight recover' and jump in the back, manually punch in the freq of different stuff and it works, but DOES NOT in MP, its alarming I have the dropbox link available on request for the track.

Hello sir, glad to finally get some attention. No sir - first was on Hoggit with Pulkz. I have the track, he has a track. we couldnt contact the tanker. you can also see the chat where another mirage pilot said he could contact tanker. Ive tried in SP, it works.... in MP NEVER works with SC or Tankers, only AWACS 2nd time was a clan server hosted by 37 strydsvagen or w.e. their name is. swede clan. Jon asked permission and got it. So both times, it was a permanently hosted server that neither of us were hosting. So no need for 104th, we only were trying dedicated anyways. 2nd, yes we both tried. in the track you can hear me tell him to try himself, with both pilots. we didnt switch seats, but flying seperate sorties with diff men id say is close no? And again.. I can make it work in SP, not MP. Are you guys saying your comms for tankers or SC works in MP? Because if so thats VERY odd, and then I must find what the issue is. Because this is happening to me and others. ID say its my fault as Im the common denominator. Im not perfect and Id easily say - ok must be me. But I mean, i literally started SP (refuel fight recover) and other missions IMMEDIATELY AFTER and comms worked?! i have a dropbox link to my track. I need to try myself though. Also i brought up before, and its 1/100 times rare, but i do have tracks I could find, the hot trigger sometimes inexplicably doesnt work. sometimes the pilot firing off in acm and flipping switch back would 'fix' it, sometimes nothing would.

I also know the diff between the arc 159 and 182. etc etc etc I was manually putting in the Freqs. also on hoggit a Mirage 2k said he was able to contact the tankers. IT was just us before I left (or got fired depending who u ask) AG 51, me and my pilot never refuelled, as we always were good at conserving fuel and would just land otherwise.. (Also he hated refuelling, lol) That said, we couldnt ever get reliable SC comms. Awacs? Sure! SC? nope.

I really wanna bring attention to this Ive tested this.. a lot In SP the radios, ez comms off, work fine. You find the freak, etc. I purposefully jump in back in SP and do it all. it works IN MP, SAME EXACT SITUATION, NOTHING. At best, Sometimes AWACS works, but tankers *WILL NOT WORK* Anyone else having the same problem? I reread chucks guide I reread the manual on radios I watched several tutorials. my feeling is, If ez comms are off, and Im able to contact whomever I want if I punch the right freq in SP, than I know how to use the radio. ANd yes I know theres a diff between the 159 and 182. In MP, the same stuff doesnt work. Please, anyone...?

I have ez radio off. The server does. I can fly SP and get all the comms working goto MP, NOPE Also chat in MP - a guy in a mirage 2k said he got comms however us? We could hear awacs, but NO TANKER whatsoever.

yes. it has looked better. i guess thats life no? i need to learn to live in the moment more. not as much as back in the day but theres a lot to be said for accepting reality and dealing with it.

well first let me accept responsibility for making really dumb choices 20 to 10 years ago. i was on drugs, going to jail etc. since i havent. i had a son, im a single parent... i smoke weed and have a beer but generally keep jobs and girlfriends and things have been tough.. but ok. thennnn covid. see most my jobs, especially as an ex drug dealer were under the table.. what yuppies call 'high school jobs' basically you know. manual labor. cleaning toilets. things most americans turn their nose up at. I didnt care. but that got shattered by covid .the restaurant biz if nothing else was always something. its all gone. I wont lie, I even went back to selling pot which is legal here but not to sell, the moneys just not in it now and i wont sell hard drugs like in my past, theres too much guilt. a lot of americans are gonna get really desperate soon. at first the govt was very very sympathetic, and helped us with A LOT of money. the fed money stopped in july, dropping me to about 900 a month. whatever, i was stil glad to for the help. that ends Xmas eve. its no ones fault, I messed up my life for heroin though, I didnt post that to get sympathy, I just want to emphasize that hteres a high chance I wont be able to fly after January for awhile until I figure this out. Maybe Ill get lucky and find somewhere to crash, but you cant couch surf with a hotas, 2g computer, monitor, etc. not happening, not realistic. Family.. I mean if it gets to it, I could move to the other side of the sttate but Id be essentially abandoning my 9 yr old except weekends to his maternal grandparents. update flying refuel, fight ,recover, i got ahold of ARCO. the radio worked PERFECTLY, NO EZ COMMS. shortly Ill take same pilot (pulkz) and we'll see online. I did notice that in Refuel, fight, recover the tacan is listed as 71x and its 74x for carrier. thats a briefing bug. IF it doesnt work in MP, seeing as I have proof it works in SP, theres a MP bug on the radios.. which is semi distastrous This seems to be centered around MP. help?

On the topic of things id say need to be added before even graphical glove vanes JESTER>BVR>IFF INTERROGATE I mean COME ON. yes he says we locked a friendly. Try STTing several long range contacts in a row, the radio play file will f up or he wont say it. Its not a fool proof method. IFF interrogate would be. 2nd JESTER HAS TO BE ABLE TO DROP LGBS. even if they 'cheat' and he doesnt do jack except they calculate the parameters of when u drop and give it a chance minus a couple percent depending on a hit. OR they need to reinstate the mod from the front seat. This is unacceptablee as is, and MP players cant use LGBs on their own. These ARE VERY important. TWS auto too!! Then the A6 and Forrestal, before we start asking for stuff they said they werent doing, or relatively minor things, these are MAJOR things.
