Do not let the nay Sayers discourage you. This looks wonderful! I know many here who will spend countless hours, Using this in their missions. Since this mod was made, the version .4 of the AH-6 was released., This uses the ,3 Perhaps up-dating to the newer version may help. A bit complex, if you have never modded before. I can look at doing this As time permits. Or, some other mod wizard could give it a go. Bin and input/sound folders I would think would need to be up-dated. Been a while since I looked at it. Lua files may also need edits, as per the new sounds files posted earlier in this thread by Rayrayblues. A whole new sound folder could also be made. This would require new lua files.

This error happens when the edm is too old for the current DCS build. It will need to be re-exported from Max. A work around is to comment out the collision files from the shapes lod lua file. This WILL render the collision inactive, but should allow the mod to load, and stop crashing DCS If the main aircraft lua has the collision declared, it will need to be commented out as well. Be aware, with no collision, unknown events may occur. YMMV Hope he responds with a fix.. A great mod!

They do have a hook and cable edm's. And CLISD's for them. ab-212_cable In two lengths. Look in the main sim shapes folder. Perhaps a work around?
