I don't know whether you guys noticed but since the last Patch, we aren't able to change to Co-Pilot seat anymore. @BIGNEWY is that somethings that tells us more about MC release, or is that a Bug? We haven´t had any information about this in the Patchnotes.

moinsen Ise, wie ich ja sagte. Ich denke nicht das es dieses Jahr noch was wird, um im Kontext der aktuellen Diskussion zu bleiben. Ich warte ohnehin viel mehr auf die Huey Multi Crew. Die Hind ist mit Sicherheit ganz nett, aber richtig viel werde ich mit ihr als eingefleischter UH Pilot eh nicht ausrichten können. Unsere AH Jungs sind allerdings schon ganz heiß drauf. Leider werden wir mit der Huey Multi Crew auch nur am laufenden Band verarscht...aber ich bekomme schon wieder Blutdruck, also...

Ich denke ich habe mich da etwas falsch ausgedrückt. Das ist einer der vielen Einwürfe, die für viele Module gemacht werden, von denen in den meisten Fällen nur wenige wirklich realisiert werden. Die Marians Map z.B. wurde ebenfalls im selber Kontext "angekündigt", und wo ist sie? Ich meine eine richtige Ankündigung mit Datum. Das macht ED immer sobald ein release Termin festgelegt wurde. Sollte die Hind noch in diesem jahr in EA gehen, würden wir es bereits wissen, was (hoffentlich noch) nicht der Fall ist. Also...ich denke nicht das 2020 noch was wird. Ich hoffe natürlich sehr, dass ich mich irre.

Das würde Sinn machen @QuiGon, denn im letzten halben Jahr hat sich ED primär mit der Hornet und der A-10C II beschäftigt. Wäre nur schön wenn ein potentieller release der Hind in 2020 irgendwo erwähnt werden würde, was nicht der Fall ist. Von daher denke ich, dass wir die Hind nicht vor dem 31.03.2021 sehen werden. so sehr ich mich auf die Hind freue, hoffe ich auf einen baldigen release der Huey Multi Crew.

When can we expect some news regarding Helicopters?

Was den release von der Mi-24 angeht gehe ich auch vom Q1/21. Wobei es mal wieder schön wäre da einige Bilder, Infos und/oder Videos zu bekommen, allerdings scheint dafür kein Platz mehr in den Newslettern zu sein....ich weiß, es gibt einfach nichts nennenswert neues

Ganz ehrlich? Ich habe die Hoffnung aufgegeben. ED ist primär auf FW Jets fokussiert. Die Mi-24 ist da eher die Ausnahme der Regel. Leider finden auch wichtige Hubschraubertypen kein Interesse bei den 3rd Party Teams. Die Blackhawk z.B. wird mit aller Warscheinlichkeit nicht geheimer als die C Hornet sein und wird nicht mal in Betracht gezogen, was schon echt Schade ist. Da kommen dann Argumente wie "wir haben doch die Huey", was man absolut nicht vergleichen kann, denn wir haben auch die L-39 und dennoch die C-101, das kann also kein Grund sein. Meine Hoffnung ist, dass wenn ED mit der Hornet durch ist, dass dann auch mal die Hubschrauber endlich etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit bekommen...aber auch das bezweifele ich.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I have also been reading somewhere that Q1 2021 is aimed on...I´m only talking about some more Information in the News on Helicopter Stuff as there´s always very little Information in this regard, whether it's the further progress of Hind development since the last news on Aug 24 or the Huey Multi-Crew Development Progress which wasn´t mentioned at all since Kates announcement. We hear about every single bit of Progress on the FW Modules but very rarely on the Helicopter Modules. Anyways, I start to derail this thing...sorry Ahh, yeah I remember that I have read that somewhere too, so I understand their effort and current focus very well. The FW Community can't wait to have these birds finally fully complete in their Hands. And once these Birds are out of EA so ED can focus again on other things (AH-1 or the F-4). Again, the only thing I say is that a little more information about other Sections of their work would be nice also.

No, GR did another Interview with Simon, the global Buiseness director of ED. But they did that because of the Comment from Nick Grey of Samurai 1-1's Video what I posted above. The one from GR can be found here:

@BIGNEWY I stumbled about an internal Discord announcement that Huey Multi Crew will be available in the next Open Beta Patch scheduled for Nov 4th. This announcement is supposed to be in some announcement somewhere on the forums.. Question: Is that true? And in case it is, can you point me please to this announcement? I can´t find it

It´s because this mod is no more functional for a couple of years already. I don't exactly know since when. But one of the major updates broke compatibility and the founder did not work anymore on it...it is considered abandoned...sorry

It´s something that gives you more immersion. I fly mostly Helicopters in DCS and flying without Pilotbody just feels not real. Thanks to Voice attack it's just one word to disable and enable the Pilotbody just like as I´d lift my Arm.

after 7 attempts I was able to pay via PayPal, but the processing failed. When the website says "...please wait" it ended up with 506 bad gateway, checking my Profile now Edit: I checked my PayPal profile and the paying wasn´t processed, so I have to wait until the server load has settled and then try again... ED you always do prepurchases prior OB releases...why not this time?

tried that a couple of times doesn't work. Servers seem to be too busy with everyone downloading and running through the purchase process. In my case I have to go back to my profile and try to execute the paying process again...but the last three attempts it did not work...as long as I still can run the paying process from my Profile and thus complete the order, I will have to wait a bit until the peak settled a bit again....too bad, I thought I can give the A-10 II a try now as the patch is already installed

OK, lets be serious here, why hasn't these issues already been solved over the last years? Its not like ED is facing this issue since yesterday. This statement was the reason why it wasn't part of the initial Huey release and this was 7 years ago. Since then there wasn't a single time that ED brought this issue up on there own...only if we were asking for and since then we heare the same statement again and again? For 7 years? With all these improvements DCS made?

⁶ Former Belsimtek replied in another thread about this issue, you may remember https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=3299888&postcount=53 That was back in 2017...and they were pretty confident that it would be a matter of months, hahaha...very funny when in 2020 they still say the same all the time, we really start to feel fooled about it.

I second this, the only chance to get a feeling for the sweet spot is in fact to turn the indicator off, adjust the Cyclic as you think, and come into a hover. If the hover is stable, you nailed it if its not, adjust again. At some point, your muscles will memory ;).
