@MaddenVS Tonight we uploaded a new version of Mission 2 and 3 We fixed several issues concerning AI Helos and slopes as well as AI ground unit wayfinding. I am satisfied with the AI waiting in the LZ and even implementing some new ground crew. I also implemented the Tango Bravo Checkpoint changes into Mission 3, found and fixed thereby some issues in that mission. AI-Mi-8 collided with new trees in the LZ also fixed. We expect a new BETA hotfix soon and hope you all will have much fun with the campaign again.

Im Moment ist die Ai sehr unzuverlässig. Es hängt von der Anzahl der Wegpunkte, der Wegpunktbefehle und oft auch vom Gelände ab ob sie tut was sie soll oder einfach in die Irre geht. Also nicht wundern, sondern freuen wenn es funktioniert. Die Hoffnung ist das sich mit 2.7 alles wieder ein rängt.

In den vergangenen 14 Tagen durften wir bei den Black Angels eine Reihe neuer Mitglieder begrüßen. Mit NoGo haben wir unser erstes Mitglied aus Frankreich und darüber hinaus einen aktiven Real Life Piloten in unserer Gruppe. RIDDER kommt aus den Niederlanden und BOSSHOSS als neuestes Mitglied stammt aus dem hohen Norden Deutschlands. Alle heißen wir herzlich willkommen und freuen uns auf viele gemeinsame Flugstunden.

@Tobse I am waiting for a reply from ED. If they do not fix the problem until the next update, we will deliver a working but ugly solution as a temporary.

Black Angels - Grizzly UH-1H

It is at least unusual. Not experienced any problem with ship landing. But I didn't perform one after the last updates. So let's see if others have the same issue. I try this as well as soon as possible. There will be no update before the change to 2.7 anyway. So let's hope it is solved then and not too many other problems popping up.

@MaddenVS Hello I can confirm that there is a problem in mission 2. Besides newly grown trees, the ground has also changed so that the LZ is no longer level and WOLF 1 slips over time and gets contact with bushes and brambles. Unfortunately, this leads to an explosion. I will work out a solution for this problem as soon as possible. Unfortunately, a DCS update is not expected before the end of March. Should there be another hotfix in advance, so much the better. Thanks for reporting the problem.

I will check it out as fast as possible. The last update breaks Manny things concerning AI, and maybe this will be the case right here. I will have an answer tomorrow. Wednesday 03.

@thrustvector Hello, and thank's for flying the campaign. It ends the mission by intention. This is because you failed the formation task. The intention was to create a system failure, but some DCS changes made an explosion out of it, even if we triggered it differently. On the way to and from the carrier, you need to hold close formation. You've been several times advised to get closer or getting too far. You can avoid this in the first place when keeping a greater distance from the beginning. The trigger activated over the coastline when getting close. Wolf 1 did not land because of Mission Editor limitations. I would like to see him land as well. Even if it is irrelevant for the mission, you can't see it from the frigate anyway. But if he lands there, he will never take off again. If you need any help or information in the upcoming missions, do not hesitate to contact me directly on our DISCORD.

You are right. The picture shows the situation in mission 6.

There should be helpful information in the F-10 Menu, stating what's next and some info on the kneeboard where the LZ is marked. Basically, you land, pick up troops, fly them to the bridge north of the convoy, and then back up the convoy picking up the second Group. After disembarking the second Group you fly back to the northern bridge assisting ground troops until the convoy starts moving. There is also a Video on YouTube

Sad to hear. He was one of the guys who made it really hard for the blue team in the Helicopter Tournament. But life is full of unpleasant surprises. We are not too many helicopter pilots in DCS, and sad for everyone who has to go and then also so early. R.I.P.

Scoop verstärkt neben Tequila den Englischen Flügel der Gruppe, während wir mit Zeus4d unser derzeit jüngstes Mitglied begrüßen. Damit wächst unsere Gemeinschaft weiter und mit ihr auch die Zahl der aktiven Piloten die jeden Abend auf den Servern unterwegs sind. Also wenn auch du eine lockere Gruppe für gelegentliche Runden oder einen festen Platz in einem Hubschraubergeschwader suchst ? Dann schau doch einfach vorbei.

No you are not the only one, and we still workink on it to make improvements. Ther are videos available and you find help in the F-10 radio menu. The best way is to send me a massege or get in contact with me over discord and i will help you out in that way. Unfortuned some missions, alredy checked, but resettet because of the frensch localistation.

Actual ther is no way to bind the (how has the controls funktion) to a button. You can do it in the settings but it dos not work.

Mit den kommenden Änderungen und Anpassungen in unserem Rang System in 2021 wurden ARDVARK und HUDSON zum 1. Januar 2021 zu DCS- Mission Server Administratoren ernannt. Damit haben Sie Zugriff auf die Server und sind in der Lage Server-oder Missionen neu zu starten oder auf dem Server gespeicherte Missionen zu wechseln. Staffelmitglieder können sich daher gerne zukünftig auch an einen der Beiden wenden wollen sie außerhalb der Trainingszeiten die Server nutzen. Der Rang SPECIALIST steht nunmehr für einen Server ADMIN und nicht länger für einen Gruppenführer in der offenen Staffel. Entsprechend des Umfanges ihrer Administartor Rechten unterscheiden wir zukünftig 3 SPECIALIST Ränge. Verwendung findet derzeit lediglich der SPECIALIST - DCS-GAME-SERVER ADMIN. HUDSON bleibt selbstverständlich Gruppenführer für die offen Gruppe und sein Rang wird demnächst entsprechend angepasst.

@scoobie Many thanks for taking the time for such detailed feedback. All feedback helps us to make the next campaign better. We already work with English and US testers and translators. We also committed to doing even more work on making klear what's next in the mission or catching the player and leading him back to the next trigger if he missed one. We still will make it as inversive and exciting as possible, which also means we can't really shorten the mission length. For those who like instant missions, we already plan a summary of such tasks without a story that keeps them in context with a mission dauration of arround 30 minutes. We will see how it works out in 2021

Our squadron, the Black Angels, is already a great success after 6 months, even if we still have mainly members from German-speaking countries. Hey WildBill Thanks for your feedback. At least in the Beta the KA-50 is on Wappons hold and shud be no danger anymore. If the problem still exists, please send me an additional message so I will check that out. With the same update, we added in time markers on the F-10 map. Smoke markers may be a possibility, but how is throwing them if nobody is at the scene to do so?

Need to check that out, maybe the message " Winner is blue " breaks something. There are many things in the mission editor without effect in the past, now leeding to unexpectd behaivior while they are fixed. . If ther is somebody with the same issue pleas let me know.
