Ok, so it works if you change the landing point of the Chinook so it lands before the FARP. Mission takes a while, got all the way to the end in VR and crashed when the phone rang. be a while before i have the time to try again haha

I wasn't trying to contradict you - i am happy for you ;) Just been trying to get this to work well with the gazelle and spent a lot of time playing with settings yesterday to try to increase performance. At the moment tho, frames drop so low its making me feel sick and i am used to the rift by now.

Tested VR in Normandy, no noticeable difference in performance. I did the delete saved games folder thingy as well. Still crashes at the end of the mission sometimes. It did prompt me to login to the game before the app started if anyone else noticed that? No miracles here. I only tested the Gazelle in fast missions tho. Version 2.0 ran so well on my rig i could run the PD at 2.0 with no issues. when we get the same or similar flying helos in Normandy i am going to need surgery to remove the rift ;) Cheers James

I find this heli is the most capable for serious night ops. With the IR camera and the ability to keep a low profile below buildings or tree lines, a decent auto hover it finally feels like i think night ops should. The KA50 struggles with no IR camera and if you fit night vision goggles, you cant use the helmet targeting. Huey and Mi8 were never designed to hunt at night... If only we could mix the payload with Stingers and HOT missiles - is this realistic BTW? Cheers James

Im finding issues with a few of the training missions - big pauses after you press space to continue. Following all instructions on guided weapon deployment and they all miss. Even when following all the steps it doesnt trigger the next stage and unable to complete the mission. Anyone else having similar issues?

Hey All, Spending some time in the Su25T and have started the oilfield campaign. In the briefing i have to take targets out that are marked with smoke in mission 1. Problem is the smoke never seems to be triggered and the targets are not marked. My question, is this because the campaign was created some time ago and with all the updates needs to be updated to work correctly in the latest version or do i just need to try harder? Thanks James
