For Iran - Iraq war, you could make a fictional IIAF vs Iraq war set in the early to mid 60s with mainly Iranian F-86s, F-5s and F-4s vs Iraqi Mig-19, Mig-21s, Mig-15s. We also have Mirage F-1 and Mirage III coming up from AvioDev and RAZBAM soon, that can also open up to new things!

What about a C-5 or An-124? ;)

Hey Alpen, just for in the future as a suggestion, can we have more themed missions which may not have all Cold War Aircraft. But have a story, with certain involved factions? These can be realistic or fictional ones using various maps too. Like in Caucasus alone we could have a Vietnam or Korea themed Mission (I know there is a Korean server already so maybe). Or we could also have some fictional or semi fictional missions. Like a Japan vs China and NK mission in the Mariana Islands map, or an IIAF Iran vs UAE and/or Saudi Arabia turned rogue, or maybe even an Iran-Iraq war? We could also make use of all those European factions like Norway, Denmark, Netherlands, Switzerland vs Slovakia, Serbia and other East European factions?

Many of us like to take DCS very seriously especially online. In all honesty it's unbelievably annoying when someone gets into the taxiway and not only goes full afterburner, but does a full Vin Diesel and drifts the plane on the taxiway like a Nissan 350Z while still at burner and attempts a Taxiway take off, especially when the rules state explicitly NO TAXIWAY TAKEOFFS. It's just so much worse when you are patiently sitting on the ramp getting your weapons and starting up, only to see someone headed into you and BOOM now you gotta start all over again! Similar to how we have rules for autokick for blue on blue, can something similar be introduced for Taxiway take offs? An option that can be enabled when setting up the server or mission. Maybe there can also be a certain speed limit on the taxiway where if you cross it you can get kicked. Now I understand that there are beginners who play online and may not know how to taxi properly. Can we introduce a new feature into the game for them like Progressive taxi?

I'd love an Su-30 and so would so many! I think much like the F-16 they'll have to settle on one particular Su-30, and I'm pretty sure they can't make one with canards and TVC since those are more advanced. A good middle ground IMO would be the Su-30M2. It's the standard Su-30 airframe but upgreaded just enough to be potent and not behind in tech like a standard early model Su-27 or Su-30

After reading about the L-15, I kinda like it and am impressed. However I still must agree with kwin about no more trainers. We could have some really awesome cold war birds which are accessible if not something more modern, but still a major combat type aircraft sounds like a better deal

I don't think trainers would be so good as we already have those and they don't have much of a mission scope in DCS. The J-8 or Q-5 sound like the best bet
