Can FC3 be updated with more J-11 involvement? I know it's not a product of FC3 from the start but it's exclusively an FC3 thing. We could potentially create so many missions and campaigns with the J-11 for Caucasus and PG maps, and more of the maps coming soon!

Curious, are there any planes to update the model of the USS Carl Vinson? Right now it's like an empty shell we can't use in the game because its not compatible with the newer Hornet or Tomcat

True, however the Liaoning is getting made so there's that. The least we could do is fly Russian Su-33s off a Liaoning. Hopefully we can get the J-15 as an AI only at the very least. I hope the same for the Mig-29K. Maybe the mig has scope of becoming a module a few years later at least. We can only hope

Yes India is the only export operator of the Mig-29K. And come to think of it, it could just make for the perfect counter to the Pak JF-17s on MP servers ;)

It's more of a Naval issue than anything else. I believe Deka did say they were gonna work on the J-8 or JH-7 next which is like the Chinese Su-24 or Tornado type aircraft. If they could do that, I'm sure they could make a Chinese Naval J-15, again supposing the PLAAN is cool with it

I think Grim Reapers is one that operated any and all flyable planes, and include the JF-17 too. Apart from that I don't think there are any JF-17 specific squadron's out there

No doubt the new Mariana Map will emphasize Naval warfare. Since it's free, it could be the perfect playground for Anti shipping tutorials for both the F/A-18 and F-16, and also the Viggen and the JF-17

Well another alternative would also be European 4th gen deltas, like early model Rafales or Gripens. Not to sure about it, I think it's still too classified. There is only the standard J-10A, then the J-10B which has a stealthier intake and some more advanced features, and the C model will be even more advanced than that

Deka is already working on a J-10 but as an AI for the China Asset Pack. The J-10 is too advanced to be made as a full fidelity module in DCS, at least for the next few years

+1 I'd like an Su-30M2 if asked any preference in the Su-30 family. It's still a traditional Su-30 without Canards or TVC so it shouldn't be as classified. And also advanced enough too

They could make any one specific J-7 which has the Cranked Arrow and settle on that, similar to how the F-16 was settled on the Block 50 CM viper. The skins would just have to be played around with and made semi fictional if the reals don't exist

True, but the F-5E has assorted skins, same for the Mi-8. I don't want them to do what they did with the Mig-21, cause it just feels messy and out of place

Why is that? The cranked arrow is a different design and different dynamics than the old Mig-21bis that we have. Plus the Cranked Arrow was exported to various countries more than the other one

Just a somewhat general question. The skins being made for the F-16 and even the default skin added by the game aren't assigned to any country particularly which they belong to unlike the other planes. Why is that?

Wow! Very impressive breakdown of the J-7! After reading that I think the J-7M Air Guard would be the best version to make since it was so widely exported including countries used in the game ATM like Iran and Pakistan

Well they'd have to create a J-7 module, and the only one that could possibly be done is a variant with the Cranked Arrow Delta wing as the regular one would basically be a Mig-21 F-13 which is slightly upgraded

I support that, however I dearly hope each skin is assigned to their respective factions, as I don't want to fly an American F-16 and have the choice of choosing ever single country flying the F-16 on the same side, including Red F-16s. I really hope they don't do what they did with the Mig-21 skins
