While that is true, a lot of people keep turning it down cause they have the F/A-18 already. I'd personally welcome the F-16 and really do hope it gets done. Also considering the fact they we're able to make a later variant of the F/A-18 with the AIM-9X, I don't see why a Block 52 with AIM-9X isn't possible

If someone makes a Korean War map for instance, could we get it in two versions? One in the 50's time, and one int he present time? Possibly something similar could be done to other maps depending

The point is, DCS has it's biggest scope in jets, be it cold war or modern era. For modern era we already have a bunch of American 4th gen jets that are either there or incoming. Unfortunately Eastern bloc jets are extremely harder although we are getting the JF-17. If there is scope and room for European early 4th gen fighters then I think it can certainly be done. Obviously the latest variants can't be made but it's completely fine. 4th gen fighters is what most people want. A JAS-39A/C certainly does peak my interest. I wonder if any other European 4th gens have a possibility in DCS? We already have the M2K, but which else could be possible?

I actually had a Bare metal skin, after the release of 2.2, they've become to look more glossy. Does anyone know what I need to change to make them shine again?

Personally my only biggest beef with this is, DCS is for combat strictly. Like it says in the name "Digital COMBAT Simulator". Maybe ED and TFC could make another game just like this called "Digital Commercial Simulator" or Digital Civil Simulator" and keep it for planes like these. Current DCS is strictly for combat aircraft which is why the crowd here is for that. No hate to you guys, and I really appreciate taking the time to make this. But I really don't expect to see many people buy this. But All the best for it anyways

That won't happen, infact, they don't even add so many trainer aircraft to the server since it's a full fledged combat zone for planes that are armed to the teeth. Maybe the open conflict server might add them but not this one

Basically H-6K for the PLAAF and H-6D for PLANAF and Iraqi AF so it'll fit with the SOH map ;)

If we got NAS Fallon in NTTR which I certainly do hope they do. That would be the Navy's aggressor base. Also I think I've heard that they turned down NAS Fallon, but I don't think that's right since NTTR is a tes and training range and aggressors are like the biggest part of that map. I think Navy and Marine Aggressors should also be included, including their base Fallon

That's how the Su-27 is availble in countries like Ukraine, Russia and China with their respective skins

It has to be done in both cases. Changing the description will make the skin available to that country, but not the plane, that has to be done via the db_countries file

Don't forget, we now have the J-11 for China with R-77s so a Japanese F-15 is the perfect counter for it ;)
