Thanks for the reply, but I am referring to getting an AI CH-47F sling a load. When I try it, the helo flies to the spot, the sling comes down, hooks to the artillery piece, then releases, then the helo leaves. I don't see an option in the ME for dropping a sling load. Unload cargo doesn't show the unit in the group pull down.

How do you get the CH-47F to sling loads and unload. Doesn't seem to work.

Why can you jump into the AB position from a jet, but not control anything? Renders it useless to smaller wings who do not have the manpower. Very disappointed. Afghan map looks great, and the opening screen is nice.

I've done all that. I am looking at the panel for steering but nothing works. Now, it seems that you have to select AB as a role, which is useless to us because we need to be able to jump between that role and our jets.

I am in AB. I see the panels and pan in using RALT C but nothing works in the panel(s) when I left click them.

Can you make 8pm eastern flights Thursday and Sunday?

We are recruiting 1 F18 pilot. Flight times are 8pm eastern Thursday and Sunday. We can take one recruit. We had someone join, but he/she never showed for the Discord interview. We look for folks who are dedicated to the hobby, not people who like it because its new and get bored a few months later. We also look for players who can fly at least once per week or more once their training is completed. For new members in the training program we expect recruits to fly 3 times per week depending on your experience. If not, you're not going to achieve the standard we expect and you will be asked to leave. We have room for one F18 pilot before we shut recruiting down for the summer. I'm using ESET and have been years without any issues updating DCS. Unfortunately, I am now doing a complete reinstall. Let the frustration begin haha. cheers

Too many virus warnings. Had to shut anti-virus down but can't tell if it is updating. I see the waiting for operation to complete, but no status window.

The moose sound handler doesn't work in the South Atlantic theatre, but works in the other maps. Also, certain static object appear offline but not online in South Atlantic; for example the Range Control tower.
