Are they showing there though in the applet when FC2 loses them? Alt+tab to verify. I have an issue with CH where after switching to a new profile they will sometimes disappear in the applet. I have to restart Windows. It is rare for me, but happens. Again, if you have the same issue, it will have nothing to do with FC2, but rather your hardware. I posted on the CH site, and with the excellent support there tried a few things that helped.

The sim will see whatever Windows sees. If there is a problem it is not the sim. Next time they disappear in the sim, go to the game controller applet in Windows, not device manager, and see if they are showing correctly there.

Ask the guys who play Falcon 4 with the same jet in MP. Also, I understand the military contract thing that might sway ED into what they do next in DCS, but I don't think that is relevant in terms of a FC2 patch.

You are right. If modules appeared fast there would be no discussion. Like I said if making a patch for FC2 to be compatible with A-10C takes just weeks, then not really a big deal. If, however, making a patch for FC2 means that DCS:Fighter takes more months to come, then we have to wait longer for DCS:Fighter. Maybe some don't care if we wait longer and are happy with FC2. I am not one of those. I want DCS:Fighter more than anything else. Again, that is just me. I realize others may feel different. Also, ED I am sure will do what makes sense for them, but perhaps I am not a minority. Don't forget there is also more work with the planned Ka-50 patch. As well as the plan to include Nevada map etc in A-10 as per Jim Mac's interview, "The map will be released as part of an Upgrade Pack later in 2011."

Yes, you are missing something. The fact that adding rewind is very complicated, or else it would be done. Also, google Tacview. With it you can analyze your flights and it rewinds.

In Multiplayer, the LWR of the Ka-50 does not work when the server is using Flaming Cliffs to host. If you then host with Ka-50, then FC jets get some RWR bugs. Know issue, but come on. ED just released A-10C. Obviously they did not fix this bug the day after lol. Maybe it will get fixed with the planned compatibility patch with Ka-50 and A-10C.

I guess some people are happy with the avionics, flight modelling of current FC2 fighters. That is fine, it is your opinion. I on the other hand want the same detail as A-10C for a fighter, any fighter. It has been many years that we had the same fighters from LO. People may start looking for their fighter fix somewhere else ie IL-2 COD etc. In a way, the wait for a DCS fighter may mean market share loss. Don't get me wrong though. I know that this is just my opinion and there are many reasons for ED to decide what they do and they do it extremely well. I will support with my $ what ever they do, but I may not be so involved without a shiny new fighter some time soon personally.

Well, this thread was made for me I think. So, I have to post what I have already posted 100x since now that there is a dedicated thread for it :) Move ahead with DCS:Fighter, forget the time on FC2. FC2 has the same fighters at the same fidelity as Lock On released in 2003. It has been a looonnnggg wait and still there is more time to wait. A2G aircraft has been great, but you are missing half of what makes modern air combat in DCS so far. Give us that have supported LO since 2003 what most of us would like. A DCS:Fighter please. Just an opinion of mine of course, but I think fan wise I may be correct. The taste of Ka-50 and A-10 only makes me want a fighter with the same detail that much more. edit: Now if you tell me that they can make FC2 compatible with A-10C and there would be no delay with the next DCS module. I'll prepay for that patch right now.

Congrats ED and thanks. IMHO, forget FC and work on DCS:Fighter sooner please. We are with the same fidelity of jets from LO since 2003, 8 years. Time for something new, not an upgrade patch.

In multiplayer? If yes, then make sure you are at friendly base, after engines off, use \ key to contact maintenance by radio, request refuel.

I believe DCS does not give you to option to assign an axis with a center value of 0. Are you saying that real collectives have a center? I thought it was all the way down or up. Regardless, if this is what you are after go to the www.ch-hangar.com/ forums and ask there. You'll be able to do it with scripting with the CH Control Manager software and they have Bob there who gives way beyond average support.

Privet 139, Like I said on the server yesterday, if you see a player with a R77 on Su27, please PM me on 104th forums (ED forums email notification is broken). Very ez to ban him right away. If you see a player that has fast rockets, maybe it is a bug. We had another player with same problem. Check track to see if missiles are visible. If they are invisible there may be a connection problem. Again PM me the track or PM me what you see. The ED forums are not the best place to talk about cheaters as ED does not allow such discussions. Thanks 139
