Been unemployed and having to budget on $43 (AUS) per fortnight after expenses it did take me some time to save up enough to purchase the module....but let's face it, it's not like we have not had enough information/news/updates on the forums to plan in advance that it was getting closer to release. As far as the price goes, if it means i need to save up longer to help support a simulator i have fallen in love with then that is what i will do. Planning a budget is not that hard to do it is amazing how fast putting $5 a week away adds up to. But that is my opinion on it, everyone has there own. Keep safe and happy flying all S!

Thank you Jabbers, appreciate you doing this for us. The more i watch the more the hype. :) Your landings are becoming a lot more consistent now (Even remembering the landing gear) impressive.

Really looking forward to the next few months it will be a exciting time for DCS and all the third party developers, take your time with the F/A-18C i have to learn how to fly the AV-8B before i can tackle the complexity of a new bird. The new updates coming out for the F/A-18C are amazing....my ever growing hanger awaits you!

One day i'll be able to afford it was hoping to get TrackIR for myself on Christmas but got my electricity bill (Highest power bills in the world, good old Australia) so had to put it on hold for a few more months. I was looking at the TrackHat as a cheaper option for now but yeah i agree it would make the simulator a lot more fun when flying the Harrier.

Would say they have them turned off, the mirrors in DCS are a frame rate killer.

For myself i'm using a Thrustmaster T.Flight Hotas and have decided on using the front rocker switch on the throttle as my nozzle controller.

Thanks for posting all these Videos Jabbers it has gotten me thinking about my situation (i do not have a warthog or a VR/TrackIR myself) i'm using a basic Thrustmaster Hotas T.Flight system but it has a rocker switch on the throttle i think i will use that for the nozzle positions. Never flown a real harrier myself so it's hard to make a judgement, but i can assume it will be the closest thing to it with the resources and technology DCS and Razbam have at there disposal.

Agree would be handy for learning how to Hover/VTOL

Here for the journey, not just the ride! For me personally i'm looking forward to watching the Harrier receive updates and then learning how to use/operate the new content, but like others have said if you're not interested so much in the journey and just wish to fly a 100% complete module then just wait for the final release. Either way i'm sure this great community will be with you, whatever you decide.

Yes late November by the looks of it, so you still have plenty of time to get the EA discount i would think....of course everything is subject to change.

Have to agree with Zarma, you add life to DCS world by creating and including some brilliant campaigns....really looking forward to what you come up with for the Harrier.
