That's not really fair or true unless the same people complain both ways. There are plenty who are very happy to see the F15c get the love in this thread. But if an individual aircraft gets upgraded its bound to disappoint the ones who don't like that airframe. The only way to please everyone is to upgrade all equally. I'm sure ED would have liked to have done that if they had the resources.

Excuse the late response.. not been around. I just used the crop tool in Adobe Acrobat X pro. Very easy job.. but due to odd and even pages being aligned differently you need to crop all the odd ones then all the even ones. It's a 2 minute job for each manual, if you know how to do it.. like all things; easy when you know how. :)

Oh so the F15 isn't an interactive cockpit? I must have misunderstood. I agree graphics are not the most important thing.. but they do help me a lot in regards to immersion. :)

What a bummer for me.. the F15c was the only plane i never flew in Flaming Cliffs.. just never got on with it...looks like i'm gonna have to learn it..i wish one of the Russian jets had got the love...oh well. The Su-33 with its carrier ops was always my baby.

I've just tried SoftTH.. but when i switch my setup to fullscreen i'm unable to select a role in DCS World. The list of roles simply wont accept a mouse input. i.e they are there.. but i cant click on them. Is this a known problem. As soon as i switch back to windowed mode i can select a role. SoftTH only works in full screen if i understand correctly. So it simply will not work as i have it. *confused*

Yeah i have one.. been waiting fro Clear Dark to get back to me on a couple of issues.. but that does not look like happening. Mine works.. for the most part. But i have not tested in in 1.2.0. Here is a preview i made for it.. i'll try and get it released soon.. Bit busy right now.

I have 8GB ram and an SSD... I just whacked the setting to the max.. as i do far all these settings... should I? I assume if you have ram to spare you should have this set to max?

I do agree anything new will do. Playing on the Black Sea map for... how many years is it? too many. Nevada is probably the most unlikely place in the entire world for an actual conflict. Which is a shame.. and yes i'll just pretend it is some fictional middle eastern country.. i'll shut my eyes if i fly too close to Vegas.

I have a strong feeling that the A10c beta purchases will not get this included as expected. I just wish ED had spent time & effort on a different location. Flying Nevada has no appeal to me, and i would suspect many non US citizens feel the same. Its just not a potential war zone is it. Training... yawn :P

Is DCS World & A10c & BlackShark2 modules out of beta? Is 1.2.0 version of these full releases? If so has support and requirement for A10c & BlackShark2 stand alone products ceased. Thanks.

Ok I've cropped all the flight manuals for DCS World modules. Basically pages have been cropped vertically & horizontally without loosing data but allowing better viewing on eReaders and tablets. I have a Kindle & 7inch Android tablet and this makes a huge difference on these type devices. Probably best right click links and select 'save content as'.. otherwise your browser will likely open them in its pdf plugin. (Which works.. but can be slooow) UPDATE 1.2.10: New cropped manuals & docs since i last did this (Sept 2014). There is a worrying amount of truth to that statement.... but the I have a nagging feeling that I'll only use it to get a better understanding of mission creation dynamics with it in mind. I just want to understand what it brings to the table.. not really play it..not sure if that is a reason to buy it Thanks for the input do far.. keep it coming.. I'm not sold yet! ;) Some developer's notes kind of thing would help me understand more about the product.. hint hint :P

Hello all... I'm on the fence with regards to CA... and i am looking for some good sales people to convince me. As i'm struggling to see what the draw really is. I'm a supporter.. i have every other product in this line, from LockOn to the P-51. I don't have a lot of time to play what i already have. I'd love it if people could let me know the feature that makes it a must have for them! My main concern is: The DCS world cannot cope with very large and busy missions... lots of action and units is enough to bring any PC to its knees and cause stability issues. Without a lot of action do i want to be sat in a tank or AA vehicle for hours? I don't mind slow games and being patient.. but i can't imagine enough going on on the ground to make it a fun experience. if i man a AA vehicle in multiplayer.. i can see myself sitting around for hours without much action. Also the AI in DCS concerns me.. its not exactly the sharpest tool about... and the MP scene is limited to low numbers. I have read the news posts and watched the promo video, but am just not convinced.. and i want to be! But having wasted too much money on games i hardly play i feel i owe it to myself to be cautious... So why did you buy it.. and how will you make use of it? Thanks.

Yes.. if you don't have BS1 installed and registered you need to reinstall it, a pain, but only way to get it to work.
