  1. Think we all tried everything and found a way to make it "playable", glad it's just not us alone and the dev's expererience the same :D But what are your other ingame settings once you drop steamvr ss to 90%? I have it up to 150% on the O +.
  2. If you talk about clouds, these are the best i've seen so far.
  3. I use Voice attack to select options. That works as well
  4. Try another USB slot, that seemed to fix it for me. Or a system restart, I had the same issue before. The sound kept switching from my VR headset to another, back and forth. Really annoying
  5. Won't it be nice to see a full list of issues that are being investigated? So that if something new gets reported, it get's added to the list. So we know what ED is currently working on?

  9. Please let us know what the roadmap on VR is, what is currently being worked on and what can we expect in the near future? Cause right now it is just frustrating that with every update we have to tweak it ourselves to make it playable..
  10. Could not find if this is reported allready. If you have the canopy open on the ground and eject, the canopy does not eject.
  11. @ Speed of a hat, Could you give an example how it works? editing the snapviews? or maybe share and mention what you edited?

  14. I Fly in VR and I always have to recalibrate the position so my head is a little bit backwards. Is it possible to change this somewhere in a config fiile?

  17. Thanks for your great efforts Kegetys!! Shouldn't we keep the masksize line in the config file as ED's masksize is applied after a full antialising of the game rather then before?

  19. Let's hope we can use "options.graphics.stereo_mode_use_shared_parser = true" again :) Curious to see the new VR options and performance :)
  20. As stated by FS2020. Very high! Asobo and I have years of experience with VR. We know what a lazy and a good implementation look like. We want to bring a good solution, for example by cutting off the cockpit from the rest of the world. Then you can move freely in it, and the world in the background does not start to shimmer. We have started with VR, but we want to do it right. Is this a possibility what ED could also look into?
  21. I also do a repair and clean after installing a patch, and then reapply it all after again. Just make sure you have your skins/cockpit skins in your USERS/DCS folder.
  22. Due to most people use ASW or Motionvector in VR it would be nice if we could get rid of the rotating props in front that causes a lot of artifacts.
  23. Yeah its not perfect, but iam able to fly with a solid stutter free 30FPS, i prefer that then having stutters. And i can increase visibility and PD more for better quality
  24. so what is the recommended PD or SS with MSAA 4x and Diffuse 8?
