  1. HaH!! as it turns out, that is the best ForceFeedback stick to use with this sim, I myself am desperately looking for one second hand!! You are lucky to own it. I'm sorry i cant help clarify your questions, but I'm eager to read any answers others can offer. p.s. Welcome to the forums!! enjoy your time here!
  2. IIRC, it is a bad idea. I can't recall the explanation why, but i think it had something to do with the reasoning that if BS is running, it has the highest priority already.

  4. It is on by default, and the way i tell if i've left it on or off is by looking at the brakehandle on the cyclic with TIR4.
  5. I'm interested in getting a buttkicker, I have to wear headphones, cant have surround sound... I thought they were around $200?
  6. It didn't work for me, I reverted back to the old sst. The program became unstable and crashed every time i tried to map a key!
  7. Yes, youtube can be 'jumpy' thanks for the tuts!!
  8. I would also like to throw my $0.02... I had the same experience that Hajduk demonstrated in his video with my evo force. When i release the trim button, the stick does not stay where it is, but moves slightly towards center. A MSFFB2 will stay where it is told... and that is why I am stopping at every second hand and pawn shop i drive by.

  10. I agree, i would love to have that bird; hence why i made the video!! I do think there might be more than a weeks work getting it flyable tho...!
  11. Vista 64 bit, like it a lot. cant wait for windows7
  12. good eye andyfoot. I barely ever go to that site cuz it reminds me of a vaccuum!
  13. :drunk: Here's to 'new frontiers'!!
  14. Hah, flooding.... I live in Promontory, on the mountain. I left for work last week (the morning of the big melt/rain) and was blocked by mudslide....drove through with 4x4...and later that day my wife called to tell me another came down that crossed the street and touche the bumper of her car in the driveway. Needless to say, the CityOfChilliwack decided to finish the retaining wall accross the street.... they are even working this weekend! All in all, we faired much better than RyderLake
  15. depends on how many beer you've had....I'd say six....longer if your tolerance is low. EDIT: i see you're from norway, so scratch the low tolerance!
  16. What an excellent skin!! very good work, thank you!
  17. Thank You Mizzy!! love your work!
  18. Perhaps Skypat could help?!! Would love to have this modman compat. as well... btw, i work in abby, live in chilli...
  19. I havent the foggiest idea, maybe load the default profile??
  20. Dont worry about the HDR right now, i'm working on better settings and an easy to install package. Here is the link for the DCSAff that Jesse made, it is the one I prefer, only because it has a nice shortcut; any other work fine too....also this one is E.A.S.Y. to install, faster you install, faster you play!! http://code.google.com/p/dcsbsaffinitytool/
  21. Yes, unfortunately the mod cut framerates as much as 30% on some rigs.....If not more However, I am currently playing with the settings, and I can say that I have the mod taking less framerates; closer to a 5-9% loss. When I have a little/lot more time to work on the settings, palettes, and maybe have Skypat do a MODMAN installation package, I recommend you give it another try.
  22. here's a quick vid to show off the yellow tint i made. I disable the mod a couple seconds in to show the difference it makes. Above are the blue and pink tints i did. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eAkrwaazpHY
