So I resolved 1 issue, I found in the bug report section for the Gazelle that you shouldnt use the Altitude Hold/Speed Hold for key binding, use the Mode Up/Mode Down instead, and that now works. Now, I can get the switch to move, but I would like when the DogFight returns to center, so does the switch in the cockpit. Im pretty sure this can be done by using X1, X2 etc with some NOT modifiers, but i dont recall at all how to do that? I have attached my Foxy Files along with a graphic I made for all of my Modules. I actually tried to assign a joystick button to DCS control, but it wouldn't recognize and button depresses for some reason? Even with Foxy CCP On or Off? What do you make of the fact though that when you toggle the Altitude Hold in the clickable cockpit, it stays on just fine. But if you type in the binding from the keyboard, it only switches to that position for a split second before returning to center. This concerns me as all I am trying to do with the Cougar is emulate the keyboard.

I actually had an eye exam a week prior to purchasing and I did inquire. They thought that was a very interesting question and admitted thiw was uncharted territory for them. They suspected it would be the long distance glasses that would be more suitable, and they indeed were.

@ LazyBoot, Ok, maybe thats what I am doing wrong, Im trying to BIND the X & Y axis to those functions from within DCS Controls. I am not usually on during the day, but I have seen you on TeamSpeak for the 104th over the weekend and I happened to be on yesterday morning because it was a Holiday. Off topic but we were both on the 104th yesterday morning and we both were FARP crushing. I just started the Gazelle last week and I arrived at the FARP just before you and was trying to get into a hover with the M model and while I was struggling with that, I watched you haul a$$ in there and strafe the hell out of those targets! Magnificent flying sir!

Here is the part of the profile I need to figure out. Im not sure what files you needed me to attach? In addition, I know it will work if I do /O /H, but that hold of those key commands will continue to run until I switch it off, therefor, no other functions will work. This action is creating havoc for me with my Cougar Hotas & Foxy software. I know people will try and tell me to switch to Target software, but if I were just using the keyboard, I would imagine when you hit the key command for it, it would hold? I dont see a command for the center position, otherwise I could program it easily. I was attempting to use the dogfight switch for these actions as it seems to be the best toggle to achieve this. I know this is old, but Im having an issue, new to the Gazelle. I want my joystick for both flight control AND slewing the camera. I have checked and unchecked the "Second Joystick for Camera" and I am unable to assign the Joy X & Joy Y to both the joystick and camera slew at the same time within the DCS controls? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I dont think I need different glasses, I see excellent up close to read without glasses, then I have a script for using the PC, then I have a pair for distance/driving. It was evident that the distance glasses offered the best result. I was able to see the screen door effect easily

I was wearing glasses as they yielded noticeable - favorable results. I was running tests between the Huey and Hornet. Instruments were fuzzy on both, even with some lean in. I got upto about 1.5 before mu FPS started taking big hits. I read alot and performed countless configs to graphics. Just didnt work out for me. The last straw was when I got dialed in as best as possible for the cockpit, then rose up about 150 ft with the Huey, and the terrain was simply awful for me. I am going to rethink all this, if im going to do anything, its gonna be expensive to get a 2080ti and a headset that has better res. I might be waiting a year before I jump into that cash commitment.

I threw in the towel. I spent 3 solid days tweeking the crud out of the Oculus, but I could never get the gauges to read well enough. I was staining too much. The overall experience was good, the immersion is just awsum! I just couldnt get it well enough, even with fiddling with the available mods. I will be looking to upgrade my GPU in the near future, along with a headset with more resolution. I appreciate all the help that i received here guys, have fun all!

I am on my 2nd day of trying to dial in the Rift, it sure would be beneficial if I knew for sure that adjusting the NVIDIA panel was a waste of time outside of the "Performance" setting. I keep reading and tinkering,,,,soooo many opinions out there as Im sure you all know.

"All the other settings don't take hold." Im sure alot of us would like to think that is true, would save alot of time trying to tweek! Is there any support for this statement? I have heard this debate awhile back, but never followed it. Do you have a link to the latest theory on this? Thanks

Got the Rift yesterday, quick test = Holy SH#@! What have I been missing! Fidelity in the pit is not good at the moment though, but that will take time to adjust. I am using this thread as a guide. I read here you used a VR Mod, can you please advise on where I can get it? I think I also read here you were working on adjusting the mod because it was designed more for the Vive, can you elaborate on adjustments to that mod? Thanks,
