as if that was the pinnacle of DCS as a whole? there was no a2g radar until the Hornet came out. there was no multi crew until the Tomcat came out...a lot of this stuff needed to be done before the TFR could even be considered, I still dont know why theres no Jester or Petrovich alternative for the F-15E which is really the bane of most of us offline SP guys existence who want to fly the thing. lets climb off that horse please?

Id rather Razbam went under new management. Ive always known the opposite to be true; when I had to sue a landlord, I had to go to their county and file court proceedings. Not saying you're wrong, just saying it sound weird.

Then I would check the following to see if they are in the folders: Bazar/Textures/buildings_*aut, *spr, *sum, and *win to see if HAS_Shelter and HAS_Shelter2.dds is installed. If they are, remove them and see if it makes a difference. If they arent, then thats your problem. If it doesnt change, then you have the mod installed incorrectly. -
I wouldnt really say that. Think of it; how many games do you see with a lifespan over a decade that gets continuously updated throughout the years? The fact that some of these modules are falling apart means that there technically is a lifespan of sorts, and eventually they will either get updated in a new iteration or die. Unfortunately devs lose interest or employees too, and this simulator is a very niche environment. The majority of all the good engineers want to work for Lockheed, not Eagle Dynamics.

Id insist the things work the way they intended it to originally. At the very least, Id expect the training missions match the aircrafts function. Wouldnt want anyone to think somethings broken when the manual says to do it one way (unfinished too last I recalled), the training mission to do it another way (again, unfinished last I recall), and the actual way it works would be referenced correctly. Again, thats not the case. Just because its out of EA doesnt mean its finished for some odd reason with Razbam...guess I could ask Baltic Dragon if either has been finished or not.

Well, supposedly the AV8B is feature complete....last I heard (and its been a while honestly), they were upgrading features on the harrier to later versions like the TPOD, and the training missions were still in development. Again its been a while and not sure if thats been remedied yet, but last time I tried a training mission with learning the litening pod most of the button pushes were wrong. Again, not sure if its complete yet, and correct me if I am wrong PLEASE...but I dont think these modules are completed.

Thats about 12 years worth of money Razbam will lose out on regarding the F-15E. May be theirs, but it aint going to work anywhere else. That also includes ED since its their 3D model externally.

thats been Razbams whole schtick for the better part of 20 years. why people support them other than they're working on peoples favorite aircraft? I dont know..but judging from some people posting, I now know beggers can be choosers.

Dont you have to be at least an admin on your pc in order to do that? Different when its someone elses computer. The more important problem is why, and how come it wasnt resolved immediately? A breech of contract in most cases is a serious offense. If I were to do that renting an apartment, Id be served and/or evicted. I might even be charged for damages.

IMO the more I see people demanding a refund, the more I see developers general interest in even maintaining the module now would look like a fruitless endeavor if its not even going to pay off in the end. Like, what happens next if they do resume work on the module? How many people were refunded, how many people were driven away from the module, how many people were driven away from either/or/both Razbam and ED? That was a lot of reputation on both parties just flushed, currently circling down the drain, and all it took was one party to speak publicly...

hes stated several times that yes they havent been paid for reasons that involve Razbam using EDs IP against the contract agreement. Even I am getting tired of hearing NineLine repeat it.

How do you expect ED to control employees that manage their own shop? 3rd party developers are business partners, not employees. You dont go around telling entrepreneurs how to run their shop because thats a great way to get a door slammed into your face.

again, give a different season a shot with the mod installed. if it still does this, then it should be relatively easy to fix..even easier if it works. -

I guess you've got a good point. I recently left Boeing because I have my serious doubts as to the quality of the MQ25 and I dont want to commit suicide accidentally. Im only half kidding btw...but the contract clearly stipulates when you will and will not be paid. The contract will clearly state what clauses there are that you have to abide by and the punishment breaking them entails. Everything that has been thought about from the attorneys, and agreed to by BOTH PARTIES is in the contract. The contract is the final say in what you can and cannot do; it is the job of the attorneys to interpret the contract; if it goes into litigation, the judge and/or jury decides what happens in the end. From what information is posted here, its not just a salary thats the problem; it is a symptom of someone not abiding by the contract. If you cant abide by the contract because of something later on down the road thats determined to be unreasonable, you ask for a concession....you dont go off into the wild and air your grievances to the masses and throw trash at your employer. THAT cant be forgiven. Thats how you burn bridges.
