to BIGNEWY, is possible with the new license check to have DCS installed in more than one PC so when I'm home I can use mine and if I'm on a travel I can use the notebook? or is still bound to the installed hardware? I think the best option is like IL-2 series is working... you can have only one account online at the same time
You don't have to be 24/7 online with the new DRM, once activated, if I understood right, you can fly and no need to login or to be online, after 4 days if you haven't connected then it will ask you to go online to verify the license.
I think the best way to go is belt and not gears... too much backlash/play with the gears... I'm in the idea of modify my MSFB2 and replace the gears with belts
I vote for this also... can ED please implement? would be great to add this to the helicopters and have some resistance when the trim button is pressed instead of have zero force like is now
I have a MSFF2 and use the "hold trim" method... I prefer to disable completely the autopilot and fly only in manual, what I miss is a parameter in the configuration of the force feedback where you can set the damping effect when the trim is pressed so the stick will still have some resistance
I would suggest to everyone that "look for the hair in the egg" to stop please... doing that will probably only delay the release or stop developers from posting progress. Personally I dont care if the lake is blue or not overcasted, if the tree is too tall or too short because I know that after the release we can always report the bugs and give ED the time to fix it (you can always keep the previous 1.5.x if you don't like the trees or whatever)... in the meantime I enjoy this screenshots and the work that the team is putting in this to release as soon as possible this updates... good job and thank you
one question about this image :
I have noticed that the heat blur effect is directed to the back of the plane, but the nozzles are set vertically... is this a limit of DCS where the effect can't be fixed to a moving part (the nozzles) so can change the direction when the nozzles rotate or is a WIP and can be done?
