Most releases have taken place around 10am EST; with the PG it was several hours earlier. It is anyone's guess.

Provide your DCS log file and crash file so we can see what is going on.

Lots of errors in your logfile. First do you have DCS set to "run as administrator" as I see some access violations in the crash log. I also see this error: 2018-05-23 14:43:03.630 ERROR WorldPlugIns: Failed to read serial number for 'PERSIANGULF_terrain' There are many more. I would also run a repair on your DCS install.

FYI, I haven't been able to reproduce this issue after a reboot.

His utility is pretty neat. If you run into additional issues, upload your dcs.log file so we can see what else we might find to help you out.

Did you update it this morning? There was an update for the updater and an update to DCS World Open Beta v2.5.2.xxx.

Make sure you are running DCS World Open Beta version 2.5.2.xxx

Only if he is switching between versions; I'm assuming that he has already read the many other threads and downloaded the right version already.

The Open Beta is 2.5.2, it is designed for early access of modules for public testing. Version 2.5 is the stable version and will get PG in the near future - historically it has been within 2 weeks. (that is not a guarantee just the "norm") Once a module is activated on your computer, with your account, it doesn't need to be activated again with different versions of DCS. The short answer is, no, you will not need to use another activation when it is available on 2.5.x stable.

Change the username to whatever you have configured: C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Logs

PG is only released for DCS Open Beta for the time being.

Manually update DCS. open a command prompt window (change the following to match your install location) type: cd C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\bin type: dcs_updater.exe update

Are you using the Open Beta version of DCS? Have you tried running a repair on the install? Can you provide any error/crash logs?

Maybe I missed this in a previous build, I might have as it looked like 'fuel' resource were added to the new Caucasus map. (just checked today after seeing it in PG) I created a mission to test this out after I saw new, to me, icons that represent FUEL & EQUIPMENT. You'll see them if you zoom in on the map in the ME; they are tied to specific 3D models at each airfield. So in the mission I created I threw up an F-18C and had it hit two equipment locations and 2 fuel locations. Both equipment and fuel started the mission at 100. i.e. each bomb had 100 available and there were 100 tons of fuel available. After the strike you can see that the resources were reduced, this will bring a new aspect to DCS and mission makers would not have to create scripts to perform the same function.

Hey ED, Crash log is not being created upon this crash. If I create a mission, add an AI aircraft and launch the mission everything is fine. If I back out to the ME and change the loadout of the AI aircraft, DCS crashes during the mission load phase. I have attached the DCS Log and the .miz for the mission I tried. I can relaunch the mission as many times as I want without issue, the moment I change the loadout it will crash during the next loading screen. PG_test1.miz

Setting up a quick flight to see Iran better, I noticed where the texture looks like it is not coming together properly. This is not a huge issue, just wanted to bring it to ED's attention for when they have a little bit of time to work on lesser issues.
