Sorry to say but it is still the same! Connect GPU to the jet and as soon as you switch the Generator’s to external, Jester is cropped and you only hear “….do you want?” Any chance to get the full message?

As with the latest Update, we have some Airfields “twice”…..the one made by Ugra Media and the Syria Map as well as the Sinai Map by OnReTech. When you compare these two, a lot of buildings, HAS etc. are completely different. Does anyone know which developer or which map is more accurate? cheers

During the start up procedure, Jester asks which type of alignment I want but not the whole message comes through. After alignment completion there is no more more “you can go prim and sync now”. I only know the alignment is complete because of the RWR. Was this phrase deleted with the latest update or is it me who is doing something wrong (most probably the case) and what should I do to hear Jester’s complete message at the beginning? - Helmet is on - ICS is HOT MIC

Jep, you were right. Guess I found the problem. I had my thrust levers in the cutoff position and I was putting them into the idle detend when the mission was already loaded and just the briefing window was open. So I guess I have to put my throttle in the correct position before I load the mission. I thought the briefing window is still good enough to do that….. thanks for your help dude!

Hey man, thanks for your quick reply :-). I don’t ever had and have any mods installed…..just pure official things ;-). I was suspecting the same and did a normal cold start mission with the F4 and all went as expected. Yank does call ground and I get a reply plus all switches in the cockpit are set to “flight”…..only the engines are not running.

When I start the FAM mission, the instructor tells me that we’re getting refueled and I should tell him when I’m ready (press space bar) BUT the jet is off and so I started her up BUT Jester doesn’t ask me to align so I do not have navigation and the caution message “inertial navigation off (or something like that). What am I doing wrong? cheers

When I’m doing the Ailerons/ARI (Flight Controls) check, the crew chief responds to my inputs but after I have my stick fully deflected to the left and engaged the yaw aug switch & getting the “kick”, I do press the emergency quick release lever and I don’t get a “rudder neutral”. On the right hand site it is working flawlessly.

Having the same Issue. It seems that it does effect only player controlled aircraft’s, not the static nor AI planes.

Maybe a „follow flight plan / cruise mode toggle“ Or something like that. Leave it up to you guys and your help is much appreciated . Thanks

So, it didn’t worked. No matter what I press, he‘s stuck with the flight plan following and doesn’t get back to cruise mode except if I toggle the AI off and then on again.

I’ll give it a try but I think I tried that already but I’m not 100% sure

How do I get the AI back in cruise mode once it has been in flight plan following or terrain following without toggling the AI off and on again?! Cheers

There are more problems with the AI. If you’re in “follow flight plan or follow terrain” mode, you can’t revert to a heading or something. You need to deactivate and activate the AI so he’s back in “cruise” mode. Or did I miss something and there is a way to set the AI back in “cruise” mode without toggling it on & off?!

Really? I have to click the IZLID button?! That was driving me nuts yesterday as tried nearly every button on my cyclic and collective to get it to work….thanks for the heads up but surely it needs to be fixed

Yeah, it’s a pity that you can only change between UTM with Metrics or Lat/long with imperial….but according to the real life guys, it was like that. Maybe there will be a change in the future so we can mix the set up
